When I rang (as they told me to do) for an alternative or refund, the guy told me nothing was available on those dates when he filters them! Meaning no one even looked at that he 3 days before they took my money!!!! Every person on the phone was telling me something else and I've been waiting for my refund for over a week now! I need my money to book something now but it's taking ages and everything is selling out. VERY BADShow more

Positives: It was wonderful to be able to travel alongside like-minded people and I had a fun and positive experience. Our guide was fantastic, and was able to manage different personalities gracefully and ensure everyone felt included. The add-on activities were pretty great. Negatives: The accomodations on this trip and the included activities were sub-par for the price of this trip. Most of the activities are add-ons (you have to pay separately for them on TOP of the listed price here). The hostels were share rooms with others on the trip, with 4-6 people per room. I don't think the price was justified for the value. You're paying for Contiki to organize activities, transportation (not all is paid for), hostels, and potential friends to make. If this is your first time traveling solo, I'd reccomend this trip completely. You'll have a great time, meet wonderful people, and not have to stress about the nuances of travel and being in a new city/country. However, if you've traveled before, you're better off saving the money and planning this trip on your own.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 21st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 21st, 2026, a minimum payment of $200 is required to confirm your booking with Contiki. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
