  Good hotels, well organized tour, group not too large, good guides, very courteous bus drivers, included meals were at good places and representative of the food in the area visited. Tour is conducted in English and Spanish at the same time. One of the guides’ English was not very good. There are no sightseeing activities the first and last day of the tour. There is only one short sightseeing activity on the second to last day of the tour and then you are dropped at the hotel in the middle of the morning. Kyoto stop should have at least one extra day and include a visit to Kiyomizu-dera temple and the traditional village surrounding it.Show more

  The hotels were beautiful, breakfast buffets included were all good. Our days were full from early morning to evening sightseeing, but we also had some time on our own for shopping. The food was good but my son has an allergy to shrimp and he was served shrimp. It was not a big deal for us because I traded my non shrimp dish for his shrimp. I also noticed that a couple of restaurants were not aware that some members of our group were vegetarian. I'm certain I filled out our dietary restrictions prior to the trip. The tour guides were all very kind and knowledgeable. Jorge Perez who was with us for 2 or 3 days went above and beyond for me when I accidentally left my phone at a castle we visited. He took a cab with me back to the castle and spoke with the castle staff staying with me until I received my phone from security. He was so patient and understanding. I am so grateful to him for helping me. All our tour guides were helpful and very responsible . I had a fantastic time on this tour and I hope to return to Japan in the near future.Show more

  I thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip to Central Japan with my family. I was provided a single room, the food served were delicious, Luis, Kiku, Veronica, Ken, David, etc all provided excellent service. We covered a lot of areas each day and made good use of our time. I don’t mind repeating the trip again. The only downside was visiting too many of the temples and shrines. I’m a Christian and not interested in idols. Overall I highly recommend this tour to everybody! Thank you.Show more

  Getting around to loads of activities quickly without hassle. Mostly an informative tour with great guides BUT I could not recommend this tour. The mix of english / Spanish speaking was a real impact. Once the commentary was completed in spanish and was being said in English the Spanish would talk over the guide making commentary usless. This was raised by many of the travellers to both guides on many occasions, to other travellers directly and nearly came to blows at one time. Very disappointed at lack of respect. I am willing to discuss this issue with youShow more
