How does one transfer from the airport in Cancún to Playa del Carmen?

Upon my arrival in Cancun, what transportation service do you provide to Tulum and the return trip back to Cancun?

I am very interested to do the "highlights of the yucatan" tour. Unfortunately i have to travel back to switzerland on friday 25th from Mexico City. So i would prefer to leave Mérida and travel to back to CDMX on thursday 24th. Is it possible that i book this tour and get a discount for the 2 days that i have to leave earlier? Or if not, can you recommend me a similar tour that ends earlier?

With regards to the trip you are interested in for Highlights of the Yucatan, sadly we do not have anything similar around the same dates. If you were to book this trip and had to leave earlier, please note no discounts / refunds / credit will be given for services not used as part of the tour and it will be your own responsibility to get back to the airport from where the group is. Any additional costs will be for your own account.

How much should I budget for tips during the tour?

Tipping is customary in Latin America, generally around 10% for services. For local guides, about $5-10 USD per day is suggested.

We would like to explore the highlights of Yucatan on October 4, 2025, but we plan to return only on October 16, 2025. What alternatives do you have for an extended stay? Would it be possible to fly business class? What would the cost be? The flights would depart from ZRH.

Unfortunately we do not assist with flights and these need to be booked independently. You can extend your dates but we can only assist with onward accommodation - we can't book flights or activities once the tour has ended.
