Europamundo reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary or the order of visits on certain days under exceptional circumstances.

Many hotels, mainly in northern Europe, do not have air conditioning.

What are the check-out and check-in times for additional nights?

You must leave the check-out hotel at 10 am and can enter the new room after 15:00.

Can you provide transfer services if the arrival details are not provided on time?

If arrival and departure flight details are not provided on time, it is impossible to coordinate the arrival transfer.

What should I do if my arrival flight changes or I miss my connecting flight?

Call the transfer operator immediately or call the emergency number.

What should I do if I arrive one day earlier than the tour starts?

You must manage transportation on your own to the start hotel if you arrive earlier than the transfer service provided.

Have there been other grandkids on trips in June of past years? And what transportation is used to get from city to city?

We are interested in taking our granddaughter who will be 12 1/2 in June 2025 to Japan, possibly on the Wonders of Japan End Osaka. The tour starts in Tokyo then goes to Kyoto, etc. How do we travel from city to city... by high speed train or what? In the past, have there been other grandparents with their grandchildren on the June Wonders of Japan tours? Is there a discount for prior travelers? Our granddaughter wants to be immersed in the culture - art, food, music, etc but does NOT want to just go in and out of temples. Will she have the opportunity to truly get to know the people in Japan up close or will we be strictly outsiders looking in?

To know details of the circuits for the year 2025, we could know it in the month of November 2024. We will inform you as soon as the new season 2025 is available. Europamundo Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

I am wondering about the means of transportation during the tour from one city to another. Is it using public transportation, or in a bus/coach. And what about luggage transportation?

You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. It is great opportunity to meet other like minded fellow travellers and create a trip of a life time. The transportation on this trip is via motor coach. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world. The coach luggage hold has limited space and this affects the maximum amount of luggage authorised per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person, weighing no more than 30 Kg. We recommend you take ONLY what you need. Your trip will be much more enjoyable if you do not have to worry constantly about struggling with heavy, bulky suitcases.

When do I need to be in Japan if the tour starts on Oct 19 and which airport will I need to fly into. Same with departure from Osaka. Which airport will I fly out of, what time should I book flight, and how will I get to the airport?

The arrival transfer is include from the airport to our hotel on October 19, 2024. On day one we pick up our passengers at TOKYO (SHUTTLE BUS) airport throughout the day, you just have to send your flight schedule and we'll be waiting for you. Later that day, around 6:00 pm we'll gather at the lobby of the hotel for our first visit. Try to book a flight that arrives early afternoon at the latest so you may join us on this first visit. On the last day the adventure finishes at our arrival in OSAKA around 11.15hrs. The bus comes to a stop at a 4-star hotel, we work with several of them, but I cannot tell you which one yet for we are still on the booking phase for this adventure. Should you need it we may provide a post-night adventure.

Good hotels, well organized tour, group not too large, good guides, very courteous bus drivers, included meals were at good places and representative of the food in the area visited. Tour is conducted in English and Spanish at the same time. One of the guides’ English was not very good. There are no sightseeing activities the first and last day of the tour. There is only one short sightseeing activity on the second to last day of the tour and then you are dropped at the hotel in the middle of the morning. Kyoto stop should have at least one extra day and include a visit to Kiyomizu-dera temple and the traditional village surrounding it.Show more

The hotels were beautiful, breakfast buffets included were all good. Our days were full from early morning to evening sightseeing, but we also had some time on our own for shopping. The food was good but my son has an allergy to shrimp and he was served shrimp. It was not a big deal for us because I traded my non shrimp dish for his shrimp. I also noticed that a couple of restaurants were not aware that some members of our group were vegetarian. I'm certain I filled out our dietary restrictions prior to the trip. The tour guides were all very kind and knowledgeable. Jorge Perez who was with us for 2 or 3 days went above and beyond for me when I accidentally left my phone at a castle we visited. He took a cab with me back to the castle and spoke with the castle staff staying with me until I received my phone from security. He was so patient and understanding. I am so grateful to him for helping me. All our tour guides were helpful and very responsible . I had a fantastic time on this tour and I hope to return to Japan in the near future.Show more

I was provided a single room, the food served were delicious, Luis, Kiku, Veronica, Ken, David, etc all provided excellent service. We covered a lot of areas each day and made good use of our time. I don’t mind repeating the trip again. The only downside was visiting too many of the temples and shrines. I’m a Christian and not interested in idols. Overall I highly recommend this tour to everybody! Thank you.Show more

Getting around to loads of activities quickly without hassle. Mostly an informative tour with great guides BUT I could not recommend this tour. The mix of english / Spanish speaking was a real impact. Once the commentary was completed in spanish and was being said in English the Spanish would talk over the guide making commentary usless. This was raised by many of the travellers to both guides on many occasions, to other travellers directly and nearly came to blows at one time. Very disappointed at lack of respect. Can you please advise when the schedule for 2025 (for June) will be posted? The travellers are looking for dates after the first week of June 2025. One of the travellers is 12.5 y.o

However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

I am wondering about the means of transportation during the tour from one city to another. Is it using public transportation, or in a bus/coach. And what about luggage transportation?

  You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. It is great opportunity to meet other like minded fellow travellers and create a trip of a life time.
  
  The transportation on this trip is via motor coach. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world.
  
  The coach luggage hold has limited space and this affects the maximum amount of luggage authorised per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person, weighing no more than 30 Kg. We recommend you take ONLY what you need. Your trip will be much more enjoyable if you do not have to worry constantly about struggling with heavy, bulky suitcases.

When do I need to be in Japan if the tour starts on Oct 19 and which airport will I need to fly into. Same with departure from Osaka. Which airport will I fly out of, what time should I book flight, and how will I get to the airport?

  The arrival transfer is include from the airport to our hotel on October 19, 2024. On day one we pick up our passengers at TOKYO (SHUTTLE BUS) airport throughout the day, you just have to send your flight schedule and we'll be waiting for you. Later that day, around 6:00 pm we'll gather at the lobby of the hotel for our first visit. Try to book a flight that arrives early afternoon at the latest so you may join us on this first visit.
  
  On the last day the adventure finishes at our arrival in OSAKA around 11.15hrs. The bus comes to a stop at a 4-star hotel, we work with several of them, but I cannot tell you which one yet for we are still on the booking phase for this adventure. Should you need it we may provide a post-night adventure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
