  Very happy with the tour. All the guides were fantastic Manuel & Patricia were great at the start and then Raid guided us, great person. At the end of the tour Mariano was with us, also very nice person. I enjoyes the tour, some destinations are quick like Munich and in Italy spent lot of time. Some days were fully guided and some not. We have been given free time to explore too. I will recommend them and also read the itinerary before booking to make sure you chose the right one. Thanks Europamando will book it again in future.Show more

  I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the customer service provided by Tourradar.com. After purchasing tickets and encountering an issue, I reached out to their support team via email. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of an incredibly frustrating and unresponsive communication process. For a month and a half, I engaged in an email exchange with their customer service representatives. I was initially informed that it would take up to two months to receive a response, which is already an unreasonably long timeframe. However, what made matters worse is that I never received any further communication or updates from them. The lack of consideration and respect for customers' time and concerns is truly disheartening. The absence of even a basic acknowledgment or clarification regarding my issue is indicative of their disregard for customer satisfaction. It is simply unacceptable to keep paying customers in the dark for such an extended period, leaving us feeling ignored and unimportant. I had hoped that Tourradar.com would prioritize their customers and demonstrate a genuine commitment to resolving issues promptly. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling ungrateful, hurt, and ultimately disappointed in their service. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with Tourradar.com . Their customer service practices reflect a lack of professionalism and respect towards their customers. As a consumer, I deserve better, and I hope this review serves as a reminder to Tourradar.com that providing prompt and satisfactory customer support is an essential aspect of any reputable business.Show more

When you reached out to us on May 8th, the starting date of your tour, we did our best to provide assistance in your native language, Persian, to ensure clear communication. As a company, we are committed to upholding our terms and conditions, which are available on our website for everyone's reference. We regret that we could not provide a refund in this particular case, as voluntary cancellations are subject to a 100% charge, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Regarding the option of joining the tour from Zurich or Prague, we suggested that you should take a train or bus in the hopes of making your travel plans more convenient, considering you were already in Germany and train rides are comfortable in Europe. However, we understand that the as you stated during our phone call, the stress of missing your flight made you lose interest in continuing with the tour, and we respect your decision. At Europamundo, transparency is of utmost importance to us, and we acted in accordance with our terms and conditions. We also want to clarify that flight-related incidents, including missing a flight, are not considered force majeure cases under our terms and conditions hence we proceeded your cancelation request as a voluntary abandonment of the tour.   tour was amazing!! only complaint was we had 3 different guides during the tour and we often did not leave on time or have all the right info on time. Also the size of the group was too large , made it difficult to ask the guide anything or hear a lot of the information.Show more

  Wonderful itinerary. Sorry we didn’t get to use the train. Accommodations were pretty good but the breakfasts were only average. Breakfast is important for us, it’s the start of our long day. The trip at some of the stops was too rushed so you barely get a taste for things. I guess that’s why you have to go back. First half of the trip the guides were knowledgeable but not well spoken. Toni was well spoken, friendly, and humorous. He seemed to enjoy his job and be happy to be with us. Overall very pleased we picked this tour and would consider another with this agency.Show more
