Every part of the tour went to schedule. The transfers on time. The itinerary gave an excellent view of Jordan past and present. Tge tour guide known simply as "G" was fantastic. His knowledge was great, he was empathetic to all participants and helped people if they were struggling. The hotels were good standard. My only negative at PETRA I would have preferred if you had the option to prepay and had a choice to use Golf cart from the entry to the foot of the monastery. One couple paid quite a bit for the buggy as you don't have a choice. I too paid for horse and also donkey to take to top of monastery but once again you are left to negotiate. On the Go could have all those costs as optional and alleviate stress as its a tough climb. As previously mentioned the visa situation could be clarified in your booking form as it is at times contradictory. All in all ON THE GO TOURS did everything as outlined in tour itinerary.Show more

Best trip my wife and I have ever gone on. Can’t recommend this company/tour guide enough. “G” tour guide was beyond exceptional. In too many ways to enumerate in this review, he injected value and accommodated requests well beyond even the most unreasonable of expectations. I left really impressed. We had an unbelievable experience from start to finish, can’t wait to book another trip with these guys.Show more

I joined the 6-day Passage to Petra tour on Feb 18-23, 2024. My experience has been a awesome and memorable one. Every single encounter was faultless from beginning to end. Everything was stellar, from the Customer Service team who answered all my questions in a very timely, informative and professional manner, to the representative (I'm sorry I forgot his name) who met me at the Queen Alia Airport and helped me with the visitor visa, customs, luggage (there was an issue with my luggage, and he got me through that ordeal), to the hotel and restaurant choices. I liked the trip notes, and how everything was organized and clearly stated, even the budget. The itinerary was good, we covered a lot in a short span of time. Knowing what I know now, I would have stayed a few more days for more exploration and to truly soak it all in. The best part was our guide! I love our guide, Ghaedan N. (G for short) and driver Musa. They made our trip not just full of information and history, but full of heart, and I fell in love with the country because of their passion for it. I was very happy that we were a small group and we were all able to bond well. The history was fascinating and G made it come alive. He took care of every single person who didn't feel well, made sure to give us choices, gave advice on dealing with situations, and made sure we were all having a good time. Because there was an opportunity, he even took us to a couple of special places that highlighted how warm, welcoming and friendly the Jordanians are. I am very happy and blessed that I went to Jordan, and that I went with On the Go Tours. I will definitely check out your other trips/itineraries. One of the ladies I met on the trip said she went with On the Go a few times and have not been disappointed. I thank you, On the Go Tours Team. Keep up the good work!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before July 11th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 11th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
