    Hi Mark, thanks a lot for having found the time for a review :) I am sorry to read this review, since looks like all the group was enjoying the tour as I was in contact with them :) The guides change quite everyday because we usually put an expert one for the that kind of tour and for the different areas. When You are in Taormina, You will have a guide from Taormina, when You are in Palermo You will have a guide from Palermo...so could be that sometimes You can hear something similar but under different points of view :) and moroever you hear different real stories of the different places told by a Local. Regarding the wineries and the entire program it is clearly stated on the itinerary what we are going to do and to visit. Also in the final program we send to all our Guests it is stated this and we never do somthing less...most of the time something more for our Guests :) Was a pleasure to host You and hope You will have wonderful memories about Sicily All the best Sicily Activities Team

      If guests would like an upgrade to 5 stars hotels, we should cut the price of the 4 stars hotel. It would be 7338 aud - 2100 aud = 5238 aud

      To this we should add the cost of the 5 stars hotels as follows:
      in taormina NH collection (deluxe room)
      in Syracuse Palazzo Salomone (superior room)
      in Palermo wagner hotel (suite)
      costs for this hotel is 8385aud (to be paid locally)

      So the tour in total would be 5238+8385 aud = 13623aud
