We completely understand your wish to start from the 23rd of November and include Etosha Park in your itinerary. Unfortunately, since our tours have fixed departure days on Tuesdays and Saturdays, we are unable to start on the 23rd. The next available departure after that would be on Tuesday, 25th November.

I would like to know if I can join being a solo traveller and how likely is that the trip on July 1 is happening, since at least two people are needed. Finally, I would like to know if your offer a shuttle from the international airport in Windhoek to the city.

Yes, you can absolutely join as a solo traveler. We are currently fully booked for July 1st. However, not to worry, we have an open spot for you on July 6th. Yes, we do provide shuttle services from the international airport in Windhoek to the city.

Will this be guaranteed departure?

All our tours are guaranteed to depart.

Can you send a photo of the camp where we will stay all days? Is there wifi at the camp? Should I pay in full or in part on site?

Accommodation depends on availability of space at the campsite. In Sossusvlei we may book at Solitaire, Swakopmund, we take apartments due to the unstable weather condition in Swakopmund. We may go for Sand Castle. The campsite always has wifi. Payment is done in full.

Is there any way we would still be able to join the tour at that point?

Yes it is possible. we can depart at that time when you arrive.

Could you give me more information about accommodation for a tour with my Mom who is 73? I need details about camping and whether tents with beds and shared bathrooms are provided.

Camping entails sleeping in canvas tents (we provide) making use of sleeping bag (USD20 each) and a mattress. There are shared bathrooms at the campsite. You might want to consider the lodging option instead.

How big is this group tour? I want group tour and not private tour. I am travelling alone; prefer to have a female room-mate.

Please improve your business practices. I had doubts from the start because I was told that I could not talk to the tour operator until after I had paid the $1600 nonrefundable payment. With no knowledge about the validity of the company this was quite a risk. The tour operator should communicate more prior to the experience about what to expect. I was expecting a group of people, and an English speaking tour guide. What it ended up being was me by myself with a driver who could not converse well in English, and was also supposedly the "tour guide." The tour guide tried his best and took me to the sites, so nothing against him. The tour company skimped a great deal on basic needs such as water and provision of lunch along the way. I was promised water to be included throughout the journey, and yet found myself paying for that. Also I only received $5 for lunch, and had to pay any more on top of that. Therefore I went hungry. Paying $1600 for a tour, and seeing how they skimped on basics, and were not up front about what to expect, made this a stressful experience. Accommodations were nice. Dunes were amazing. However you can get this experience through another tour group or do it on your own for much less money.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
