This was my first paid tour like this and maybe it just wasn't a good fit for me? The tour guides sped us through the excursions and we missed like 75% of the places we were supposed to visit in the fishing villages. They drop you off in city centers at the hottest part of the day with no maps, no details, no information and no guidance, just here's tourist shopping areas go buy stuff. The hotels were all on the outskirts of towns in not safe areas with no stores or restaurants nearby. No guidance on how public transit works. The hotel they booked for us in Paris didn't have working AC for a month, the windows were glued shut and they had no fans available. When I reached out to TourRadar and Europamondo they both had to no assistance to give. In a heatwave that killed almost 5000 Parisians, their only suggestion was to take a cold shower before bed. Which we tried to do but our shower didn't work so we had to wait for that to be fixed. I realize you can't control the weather/heatwave, but putting us in such a poor hotel was very irresponsible. The health and well being of their guests were not even a concern at all. At that point we booked another hotel on the other side of Paris with AC and decided to leave the tour. We weren't able to recover our tickets to the river seine cruise and eiffel tower climb despite already paying for them in the tour so we had to rebook excursions. The customer service person on Europamondo's whats app chat was incredibly rude. B/c of everything our trip went off the rails on day 3 and the rest of it was a lot of last minute frustrating planning. Despite having great reviews, this tour was so disappointing. They'll probably delete this comment. If you're considering doing it, you're far better planning it on your own, you'll have a much better time.This is basically just paying for a bus to rush you from one place to the other and housing you in unsafe hotels. I'll never book a tour like this ever again :/Show more

  Could you advise what time the clients would arrive on the 15th of May? They may miss out on the tour for the 15th of May and we can't change the pricing of the tour if they do. Once you advise the time they arrive, I will go through to the local team to find out if they will still be able to include the arrival transfer for the passengers or if they'd have to make their own way to the hotel and meet up with the rest of the group when they are back from their sightseeing on day 2.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 16th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 16th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
