I have become a fan of Europamundo! My experience was very good! Communication has been very prompt and clear throughout the time from my planing, booking and from start to finish of the tour. They provided emergency WhatsApp contract for any need. Airport pick up was seamless. Guides: in Prague my guides were Martin (for city tour), he was very energetic, knowledgeable and friendly! I had Juliemar for the boat cruise and Jose for the evening tour in the city center in Prague. Both were great guides. Then I had Sofia for Germany and Amsterdam. I have travelled over 15 countries and had experience with several tour guides so far in my travelling journey. I have not met anyone as fabulous as Sofia. She is very friendly, kind, always enthusiastic, understanding, patient and knowledgeable! If you get Sofia as your tour guide you are going to have an excellent vacation! In Berlin Yen Becker was my guide for city tour. He was knowledgeable, and very caring for us. Hotels: hotel selections were great, close to restaurants, public transit, safe areas, great rooms and delicious breakfast. Itinerary is really very balanced and well planned. I had enough time to explore, and also got to rest. Overall I had a blast! I think tour guide selection is amazing, accommodation, itinerary - all are top notch! As a female solo traveler, I felt very well connected and safe. I can't thank enough to Europamundo and Sofia for making my trip so much enjoyeable!Show more

Overall the tour was good. Would have liked our guides to be more cognizant of English speaking people on the tour. Most were aware to also speak in English but some were not. They were focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese population which I can understand and whereas we got a few sentences in English. The best tour guide was Irene, followed by Guitano, Raid, Mathias . Ava and Gildo were not that great for us. Aldo dropping us off at city center and having to spend 3-6 hours there with limited guidance of how to get back to the bus was a little traumatic. Not everyone had access to GPS and when you don’t have proper road signs one can get lost and miss the bus. In the future maybe loading maps to the bus parking area could be included in the app along with WhatsApp numbers of the guides would be well received.Show more

- For any tour departing before July 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
