  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Switzerland and France from beginning to end. Everything was well organized, and the itinerary provided the perfect balance of fun activities, cultural experiences, educational sightseeing, and free time to explore on our own. It was an ideal experience for our family of four. Our tour guide, Sylvia, was truly exceptional. She was always punctual, incredibly organized, and made sure everyone in the group was well taken care of. She was especially engaging and kind with our two children, making them feel included and excited throughout the trip. Her knowledge of the destinations was outstanding, and her enthusiasm made every stop even more enjoyable. This was, without a doubt, one of the best family vacations we’ve ever taken. Sylvia is by far the best tour guide we’ve ever had, and we highly recommend her to anyone considering this tour!! ❤️ Thank you, Europamundo, for such a wonderful experience!   Our tour began Wednesday March 11th. We had been checking our email every day as we expected the tour to be cancelled due to the C virus entering Italy. We knew that if it was us that cancelled we would not get our money back. As you know, we are quite disappointed that there was no driver with a Europomundo sign or our name on a card to pick us up. After walking up and down the arrivals area and getting Europomundo paged on the PA system, we had to pay for our own transfer to the hotel. Not impressed. The tour guides constantly changed our departure times in the mornings, not only in Zurich but in Paris. Because of our late departure time of 10:15am in Zurich, our city tour was cut short. Sure enough, we were unable to go up the Eiffel Tower bc it was closed and our Seine river cruise in Paris was cancelled as well. In the middle of our Paris tour, the guide announced the entire tour was cancelled. The only help we were given wS to call our country’s embassy if we needed help. We are thankful that after hours of waiting, we got a flight back home to Canada on Monday March 16th even though our tour wasn’t supposed to be over till Tuesday March17th It was very irresponsible for both Touradar and Europomundo to not cancel the tour before we left Canada. Are you giving refunds for the final hotel night we didn’t use in Paris and the entrance fee to the Eiffel Tower and Seine river cruise??Show more

  Hello, Gladys Williams I am so sorry about this situation, we are crossing by difficult times, and this is something could make this not much enjoyable. Our logistic department had to reschedule the tours in destination, according to the news were getting, and you know that due to the Coronavirus, all is changing a lot.   Super unorganized tour- it wasn’t Sofia’s fault but I would say it is the way the tours are structured to all overlap at various points. Very strange setup. We have done many other tours with different companies and I will not be recommending your company, nor would I ever book with your tour company again.Show more
