Overall, we had a great experience and were happy to have picked this particular tour. The limited English from the tour guides (except Berlin) did detract from the experience, but we were notified that this would be a problem ahead of time. The itinerary did match the documentation for most of the trip, but there were exceptions with dinner. On multiple occasions we were expecting to be taken to an area of the city with restaurants per the documentation but then being left at the hotel. It would have been helpful to have been notified of the change ahead of time so we could plan better. It would also be helpful to be given accurate ETAs for coach stops. Frequently we weren't given information of when the next stop would be, or if we were, it was extremely inaccurate and this did not appear to be due to traffic.Show more

This is my first experience with Europamundo. The circuit through the Essential Four was excellent. I recommend it. The towns and locations we visited were as described in the travel guide. I liked that they gave us some free hours in the cities, so I could visit the sites that interested me without walking slowly behind a guide. The hotels were all very good, and one I would rate as excellent and beyond. My congratulations to guide Diego: a very well-prepared person, speaks several languages and very knowledgeable about the area. In my view, the guide is the most important element of a circuit. He determines whether the client is satisfied or not. And in this case my satisfaction is 100%. Thank you Diego.Show more

In general a very good tour. However, a bit tiring — they should give clients more free time in the cities. Also, during bus transfers, although the guides are very good, some tire you out with detailed and lengthy explanations — a more summarized delivery would be better. Something important: guides should not push their religious beliefs onto clients. In Prague we felt like we were being indoctrinated by the guide about the Infant Jesus of Prague and other local taboos.Show more
