Arrival in Tunis
Your staff picks you up at the airport and takes you to your hotel. Once you're settled and familiar with the area, the rest of your day is open. Spend it however you'd like, walking around the neighborhood or just resting after your journey.

- Day 2
Tabarka - Ain Draham
Begin with a hands-on pottery workshop in Sejnane where local women teach you traditional techniques. From there, drive to the coastal town of Tabarka to see the historic Roman Fort and take in the Mediterranean. Then head inland into the Kroumirie Mountains to Ain Draham, where you'll walk through cool forests and get a feel for the mountain landscape.

Ain Draham Forest Hiking and Local Family Lunch
Start with breakfast in the mountain air, then a local guide takes you on a forest hike through cork oak and evergreen trees. You'll see the region's different plants and wildlife along the way. Later, you'll share a traditional lunch with a local family right in the forest before heading back to your hotel to relax.

Landmarks Ain Draham Forest - Day 4
El Kef - Dougga
This morning you'll check out the archaeological site of Bulla Regia to see underground Roman villas built to stay cool. Then move to the old Medina in El Kef, where you can try traditional bread-making and taste the fresh bread at Dar el Khobz. By evening, drive to Dougga for dinner and spend the night there.

Olive Oil Tasting - Tunis
Walk through Dougga, a UNESCO World Heritage site with North Africa's best-preserved Roman remains, including the Capitol, Theatre, and Mausoleum. Stop by a local estate to taste organic olive oil and see how it's made. Lunch is a traditional Tunisian meal made with fresh farm ingredients, then drive back to Tunis.

Departure from Tunis
