They want to pack in as many sights as they can, all around Switzerland. That means on the bus, sharp now! - STSTEPHANIE· August 24th, 2022Pros: The hotels are very good. I can give them 4 stars for accommodation included in this trip. Drivers and our tour guide are very good. Cons: Not happy with this itinerary: 1). Before the trip, I messaged many time to the Europamundo (Gabriela who always replied my messages) to ask for pick us up at the Zurich Main Station or not (because I booked the train to Zurich) and got the confirmed by a few messages that "yes" for pick us up at the station but on that day no one from company at the station. We asked and looked around to find the people of company. After going the information desk at the Station to find the public transportation for going to the hotel (luckily, I messaged to request the hotel name in Zurich before the trip a few days), we decided to take the taxi to hotel and paid cash to take the taxi. So bad experience of 1st day of trip !! :-( 2) For the trip: In itinerary listed: 9 days but the 1st day and 9th day are for the coming and leaving day. 3) For the trip: some planned route should be decrease the visiting hours or increasing the hours or skipped; such as: the day 8 for Zurich: too much hours for sitting in the boat traveling through the Zurich Lake - do nothing on the boat - so boring; and then we backed to hotel at around 4 pm, and free time in Zurich. It wasted almost a day for the boat. Or in STEIN AM RHINE, there were not enough time to take the boat go to the middle rock, or boat tour in the Rhine Falls. Or at the Gruyere, the ticket were not included, so all people just wasted the time to stay there with do nothing - This Gruyere destination could be skipped and use the hours for visiting another destinations. Or at the Aareslucht: time is so short, we went in hurry and did not have enough time to enjoy the beautiful gorge and take many photos as willing (coming late compared to scheduled time and have to catch the time to go to Chiasso City) :-( ... 4) First 5 days, we had free wifi on the bus; but from day 6, they changed the bus and no wifi. So far, the itinerary was not assigned the appropriate visiting time. Asked on November 24th, 2025We want to book the Switzerland's Best (20 Destinations) tour. We want to book today or tomorrow. Problem is if we book now we might need to change the booking in a month or two from now, to a December 2026 tour. In that case, we will then reschedule in January 2026, (8 months before the September 28 tour) for a December 2026 tour. I read the terms and am wondering about the advanced tickets for train, boat and attractions that cannot be refunded. Do you purchase these tickets 8 months in advance so that the cost cannot be refunded even if postponing, not cancelling a tour?
