Dear Prabash, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your Spain, Morocco, and Portugal tour. We are sorry to hear that your first impression of Europamundo did not meet your expectations. Regarding the transfer from Barcelona Airport, our standard protocol, clearly communicated before booking, is that passengers should inform us of any delays so that we can reschedule the service. In this case, the transfer arrived as scheduled, but we were not notified about the delayed baggage, so we could not adjust the transfer. Please note that we always monitor and follow up to ensure transfers run smoothly. Concerning health and safety on the bus, we always encourage passengers to act responsibly by wearing masks and taking precautions, but ultimately these decisions are up to each individual. We were not informed that any passengers were ill during the tour; had we known, we would have immediately opened a medical case and provided assistance. We understand your concerns regarding the tour’s pace and the number of stops. Your suggestions regarding rest periods and preventive measures are valuable, and we will review them to continue improving the experience for future guests. We appreciate your observations, as they help us refine our services and ensure that all passengers have the best possible experience. Kind regards, Europamundo team

Dear Rodney, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your Spain, Morocco, and Portugal tour. We are sorry to hear that you felt the experience was more like transportation than a tour. Please note that all our guides are officially certified at a C1 level in English, and all services included in the tour are clearly detailed before purchase. Passengers always have access to full information about the itinerary and the nature of the tour prior to booking. Regarding changes in guides, buses, and passengers at certain destinations, this is always communicated in advance and is part of the logistics required to accommodate individual choices on which cities to visit. Our tours are designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the best possible experience for all passengers. We also strive to create a multicultural and bilingual travel experience, which we believe is a wonderful opportunity for guests, though we are sorry if the bilingual format or the behavior of some passengers affected your experience. We have noted your comments and will review them to continue improving our services. Thank you again for your observations, as they help us enhance the experience for future guests. Kind regards, Europamundo team
