- Day 1
Paris
You'll be transferred to your hotel when you arrive in Paris. After checking in, you have free time to settle in and rest from your journey. In the afternoon, stop by the hotel reception to pick up tour information or look for signs with details about the week ahead.

- Day 2
Paris
This morning you're heading to the Palace of Versailles to walk through its gardens. Back in Paris, you'll tour Montmartre with its artistic streets and cafes. A panoramic city tour follows, where a local guide shows you the famous avenues and monuments. Later, there's an optional variety show in the evening if you're interested.

- Day 3
Paris to Tours
Start at the Eiffel Tower with access to the second floor included. Later, take a relaxing one hour and fifteen minute boat cruise along the Seine. Your afternoon is free to wander Paris however you like. At 5:30 p.m., you'll depart for the Loire Valley, arriving in Tours by evening. Consider a walk and dinner in the historic center if you'd like.

- Day 4
Tours - Bordeaux - Lourdes
Travel south through French vineyards to Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Grab lunch and check out the Port of the Moon and Cathedral of St. Andrew. Continue toward the Pyrenees, reaching Lourdes in the late afternoon. You can attend the candlelight procession (late March through October) and visit local places of worship. Dinner is included at your hotel.

You'll stop in Carcassonne to walk around its famous medieval walls at your own pace. After lunch, head to Narbonne to see this historic Occitan city and its old town. By late afternoon, you arrive in Marseille. Take time to stroll through the Vieux-Port with its lively restaurants and harbor atmosphere.

- Day 6
Marseille - Aix-en-Provence - Avignon - Pont du Gard - Barcelona
Start in Aix-en-Provence, where painter Paul Cézanne was from. Walk through the historic center with its narrow streets, fountains, and squares. Then you'll reach Avignon, a walled city on the Rhone where you can walk around and have lunch. Check out the Palace of the Popes, an impressive former seat of Catholic popes. Stop at Pont du Gard, a UNESCO World Heritage Roman aqueduct. Later, continue toward Barcelona, arriving in the evening.

- Day 7
Barcelona
Your morning includes a panoramic tour of Barcelona showcasing Gaudí and modernist architecture, the lively Ramblas, and sites from World Expositions and Olympic Games. The tour ends at Maremagnum, a modern complex by the sea near Columbus Square where you can stroll around. Your afternoon is free to explore on your own. You'll return to your hotel by evening.

- Day 8
Barcelona - Peniscola - Valencia - Madrid
Travel south along the Mediterranean, stopping in Peniscola, a walled town by the sea. Continue to Valencia, arriving around lunchtime. Try paella if it appeals to you. At about 4:30 p.m., head toward Madrid with a brief stop at Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences. You'll arrive in Madrid between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. for a welcome transfer to Plaza Mayor to grab pinchos or wine at one of the restaurants.

- Day 9
Madrid
Your tour covers central Madrid starting with Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. Visit Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. You'll get admission to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. The rest of the afternoon is yours to do as you like. By evening, you'll receive a transfer back to your hotel.

Leave Madrid early heading south through La Mancha. Stop in Puerto Lápice, a village that evokes Don Quixote's story. Travel through Despeñaperosinto Andalusia, reaching Granada where lunch is included. If you selected the Alhambra option, spend your afternoon exploring the palace and its Generalife Gardens with a local guide.

- Day 11

You'll depart Granada and drive through the Sierra Nevada mountains with beautiful views. Continue along the Mediterranean's Tropical Coast where tropical fruits grow thanks to the mild climate. Stop in Nerja, a charming seaside town with impressive cliffs. Head to Málaga for lunch and a walk through the historic center. Later, travel into the Andalusian sierras to reach Ronda, famous for its dramatic gorge and white buildings. Continue to Seville, arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner is at your hotel.

- Day 12
Seville
Your morning city tour of Seville includes the cathedral with its famous Giralda, the banks of the Guadalquivir River, and the Santa Cruz and Triana neighborhoods. After the tour, relax on a boat ride along the Guadalquivir River for beautiful views. In the evening, there's an option to attend a flamenco tablao if you're interested.

- Day 13
Seville - Mérida - Évora - Lisbon
Leave Seville traveling through rolling hills and pasturelands toward Extremadura. In Mérida, you'll explore the Archaeological Ensemble with a Roman Theater and Amphitheater, both well-preserved and UNESCO World Heritage designated. You'll have time for lunch and a stroll through the pedestrian historic center with restaurants. Continue to Portugal, stopping in Évora, another World Heritage Site known for whitewashed streets, Renaissance palaces, and its cathedral. You'll arrive in Lisbon by evening.

Visit Belem, where Portuguese navigators departed for ocean voyages in the 15th century. Your afternoon is free to walk through Bairro Alto and visit its viewpoint. If interested, you can optionally visit Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril. By evening, you'll return to your hotel from Restauradores Square, where vibrant bars and cafes fill the area.
