This was our first time traveling with Euromundo, and we were pleased with everything. Everything went exactly according to the itinerary. Everything went exactly according to the itinerary. We enjoyed sightseeing tours while also having plenty of time to explore on our own. The buses, the drivers (Volodya and Bogdan), and the guides (Javier and Frey) were professional, friendly, and unobtrusive. The hotels and breakfasts were excellent. We will definitely travel with them again and recommend them to friends.
It did not start out well as we were delayed at Berlin airport for over 2 hours by passport control. We also attempted to contact the tour company on a number of occasions without success. Finally, we…It did not start out well as we were delayed at Berlin airport for over 2 hours by passport control. We also attempted to contact the tour company on a number of occasions without success. Finally, we spoke to someone and told to take a taxi to the hotel. The person said he had attempted to contact us, however, when asked which numbers he had called, neither of them as our numbers.
On day 2 were driven around Berlin in the morning and then dropped off in the city and told to find our own way back to the hotel. We also met up people from Perth, who were upset about just being dropped off. Almost every day was the same routine. The only good thing about the tour was one of our guides by the name of Javier who tried his best to be as helpful as possible.
I have contacted the company for a refund of the taxi fare, and as was told NO REFUND. I would definitely NOT recommend the company to anyone thinking of using them. It would have been cheaper and better to have organised everything individually and had a much better time. A very unhappy customer.
