Lisbon
This morning you'll walk through Lisbon's seven hills on a guided tour, checking out charming alleys and the iconic Portuguese tiles throughout the city. You'll see Belem where Portuguese navigators once left for their voyages. The afternoon is yours to explore Bairro Alto and its viewpoint, or you can opt for a trip to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril if you prefer. Later, head to Restauradores Square for your evening transfer.

- Day 3
Lisbon - Lagos - Cape St. Vincent - Albufeira
Head out early toward southern Portugal, crossing the long bridge over the Tagus River. You'll explore Lagos with its ancient walls and historic center, then continue to Cape St. Vincent, the westernmost point in continental Europe with windswept cliffs and the Sagres fortress nearby. Later, you'll spend time in Albufeira, where you can relax on the beaches or walk around the lively historic center.

Albufeira - Faro - Mértola - Évora
Start with a leisurely stroll through Faro in the Algarve, then travel into the Alentejo region to visit Mertola, a walled town on the Guadiana River with whitewashed houses and a large castle. After that, you'll reach Evora to see the Chapel of Bones with more than 5,000 skeletons, and explore this UNESCO site with its medieval palaces, Gothic buildings, and ancient Roman temple.

- Day 5
Évora - Marvão - Castelo de Vide - Tomar - Fátima
Travel through Alentejo landscapes to Marvao, a walled town with fantastic panoramic views, then visit Castelo de Vide to see the castle and explore the old Jewish quarter with its medieval synagogue-turned-museum. After lunch, head to Tomar for the Convent of Christ, a former Templar castle-convent. You'll stop in Aljustrel at Lucia's house before arriving in Fatima with free time at the Sanctuary. The evening candlelight procession is available (except winter). Dinner is included.

Fátima - Porto
Travel north and arrive in Porto around 11:00 a.m. You'll take a 50-minute cruise on a traditional Portuguese Rabelo boat along the Douro River, getting unique views of the riverside. From there, explore the Ribeira district with its narrow streets, historic merchant houses, and charming cafes before checking into your hotel.

Santiago de Compostela - Lugo - O Cebreiro - León - Oviedo
Follow the Way of St. James starting in Lugo, exploring its historic center and Roman walls, a UNESCO site. You'll visit O Cebreiro, a charming stone village, then reach Leon at lunchtime to see the Gothic cathedral with its stained-glass windows and walk through the historic center. Cross the Cantabrian Range to arrive in Oviedo by evening, with a guided tour covering the 9th-century cathedral, Calatrava Congressional Palace, Campoamor Theatre, and Calle de la Rua (either upon arrival or the next morning).

Zaragoza - Poblet - Barcelona
Start this morning with a guided tour of Zaragoza visiting the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, works by the famous painter Goya, the Roman theatre, Renaissance palace, and Aljafera Palace. After lunch, head to Catalonia to see Poblet Abbey, a walled monastery and one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world set in beautiful scenery. You'll arrive in Barcelona in the evening.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., head toward Madrid with a brief stop at Valencia's avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences. You'll arrive in Madrid between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. and get transferred to Plaza Mayor.
