  I was expecting a bit more from this tour. The guide showed up right no time and often the guests were waiting on her. I should also mention the guides weren’t really guides. They read scripts and would drop us off for free time without sharing any background of the trip. I happened to be in Munich with another group before and it was night and day difference the details and information shared. Everything was rushed and there could have been better planning. Zurich was completely missed. We arrived late and only stayed at the hotel. Missed the city completely and the lunch at the mountain wasn’t anything special. Regarding Zurich and other stops, the itinerary is designed to meet arrival and departure schedules between destinations. Some activities or visits may be adjusted due to operational reasons, traffic, or road delays. Meal times and optional activities are planned according to the overall tour logistics. We understand that some moments, such as the mountain lunch or the market visit in Italy, may not have met your personal expectations. However, all activities are clearly communicated in the official itinerary and are designed to offer a balance between exploration and safe travel across the 11 destinations included in the tour.   I took a 9 day tour, and within those 9 days I went through 5 different tour leaders and 3 different bus drivers....
  I took a 9 day tour, and within those 9 days I went through 5 different tour leaders and 3 different bus drivers. Some of them were good, but some were not helpful or knowledgeable of excursions and we experienced quite a few conflicts with hotels as well. I enjoyed the countries/cities on tour, but I can honestly say that I will not use Europemundo for future trips. It was not personable like my last trip I took with ExpatExplorer. It was rushed and I felt most of the tour guides were not well versed with the history.Show more

  Majestic Europe Tour with EuropaMundo was good for people who want to get a feel of multiple cities in Europe on a budget. However its not a relaxing vacation at all. We had spent hours on bus with only 2-3 hours to spend in a city. Being on big tour bus, it doesn’t have access to closer to the attractions and we had to walk a lot from parking spaces to get there. Also had to deal with limited or paid access to toilets and clean water in most of the places the bus stopped. So I would stay away from this type of tours where travelers don’t have much control over the stops or schedule.Show more

On www.europamundo.com and on your personalized "My Trip" webpage, you will find your detailed itinerary, including the kilometers traveled per stage, approximate schedules, landscapes, content of the visits, etc., so that passengers are aware of the time spent on the bus, as well as the activities carried out each day. The services provided by Europamundo Vacations are land-based and carried out by coach. Not all of our coaches are equipped with bathrooms, and if they are, access is paid, allowing for moderate but free use to avoid inconveniences (odors, difficulty emptying and cleaning). To use the bathroom, we regularly stop at service areas. We regret that the logistics and structure of our organized tours were not to your complete satisfaction.
