Lisbon
You'll arrive in Lisbon and head to your hotel for check-in. Spend the afternoon getting settled, then stop by the hotel reception to find information about when your tour officially begins.

Lisbon
Start the morning exploring Lisbon's neighborhoods on a guided tour, seeing the historic tiles and winding streets that define the city. You'll visit Belem where Portuguese explorers once embarked, then the afternoon opens up for you to either wander around Bairro Alto and its viewpoints or take an optional trip to Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril. Head back to your hotel from Restauradores Square.

- Day 3

Leave Lisbon early and drive through Alentejo toward Spain, stopping in Estremoz for coffee and a walk through the medieval streets near the castle. Continue on to Caceres to see its well-preserved medieval and Renaissance center, then finish the day arriving in Madrid with a transfer to Plaza Mayor.

- Day 4
Madrid

Later you'll see Retiro Park with its lake and Palacio de Cristal, then tour Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The afternoon is yours to explore freely before returning to your hotel in the evening.

- Day 6
Barcelona - Girona
Spend the morning touring Barcelona with a local guide, discovering Gaudi's modernist buildings, the crowded Ramblas, and the city's history connected to the Universal Exposition and Olympics. Later in the evening you'll head north into Catalonia and walk through Girona's historic streets, seeing the colorful houses and old Jewish quarter before checking out the cathedral.

Girona - Arles - Carrières des Lumières - Chambéry
Head south into France through Provence to Arles, a UNESCO-listed city known for its connection to Van Gogh. You'll see the Roman theater and Romanesque churches with time for lunch and walking around. After that, experience Carrieres des Lumieres, an underground art space in an old quarry with light displays and music. Arrive in Chambery for the evening.

Leave Zurich early and cross the Alps to the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Stop in Bellinzona to see three medieval castles perched on hills, then wander through the streets. Continue into Italy to Como to see the lake and cathedral, have lunch, and then head to Milan where your guide shows you Piazza del Duomo before transferring to the hotel.

Milan - Pisa - Rome
Travel from Milan toward Rome with a stop in Pisa. Take a small tourist train to Piazza dei Miracoli where you can spend time looking at the Leaning Tower and other buildings in this important art complex. After that, continue on to Rome, arriving later in the day.

The afternoon is free to explore on your own, with plenty of restaurant options nearby for dinner.
