We would like to clarify that information is always provided equally for all passengers, both in Spanish and English. Guides post informational signs upon arrival to ensure that all travelers have access to important tour details. In this case, the Spanish-speaking guide did not have services on Day 4, while the English-speaking guide did. As a result, the information was posted earlier than usual, and we sincerely regret any confusion this may have caused. Each guide posts the signs and coordinates the information according to the day’s logistics, always ensuring that all passengers are properly informed.
