- Day 1
Munich
You'll arrive at your hotel in Munich whenever suits your schedule. Take the afternoon and evening to get your bearings, walk around the neighborhood, and settle in before the cycling portion kicks off tomorrow.

- Day 2
Munich to Bad Tölz
Your cycling adventure starts with a departure from Munich heading south toward Starnberg. The first stretch follows the lake shore for about 15 km, passing old villas and castle estates with views toward the Zugspitze on clear days. From there, you'll continue into Upper Bavaria and finish at Bad Tölz, a spa town with centuries of history as a health resort destination.

Bad Tölz to Schwaz/Jenbach or Maurach
Today you'll cycle from Bad Tölz through the hinterland toward Lake Tegernsee, where the mountain views start becoming more prominent. After following the lake shore, you'll head to Spitzingsee and then through the Thiersee valley with its distinctive mountain landscape. The route rolls gently up and down through the Inntal valley, eventually reaching Jenbach by day's end.

Schwaz/Jenbach to Mühlbach / Brixen
You'll take quiet side roads from Jenbach through the River Inn valley to Innsbruck, where you can check out the historic old town and the famous Golden Roof, or take optional trips up Mount Isel. After exploring, the route climbs to the Brenner Pass at the Austria-Italy border, then you'll cycle along the old railroad line to Sterzing. The final stretch goes through the apple plateau of Natz/Schabs to Mühlbach.

Mühlbach / Brixen to Niederdorf/Toblach
A well-maintained cycle path takes you from Mühlbach past the Mühlbacher Klause, once an ancient gateway between provinces. You'll continue through Vandoies along the Pustertal Valley Sun Road to Terento and Falzes. From the high plateau, the Dolomites and Kronplatz ski mountain come into view. After visiting the Messner Mountain Museum at Bruneck Castle, you'll cycle along the valley to your hotel in Niederdorf/Toblach.

Villabassa/Toblach to Pieve di Cadore
The route goes through Höhlensteintal valley, past Lake Toblach and a World War I cemetery. You'll see the distinctive Three Peaks rock formation before reaching Lake Dürrensee. A gentle climb leads to Gemärk at the provincial border, then you'll roll downhill through Cortina d'Ampezzo with its mountains surrounding the town. The path continues up to Passo Tre Croci before descending to Auronzo di Cadore and down the valley to Pieve di Cadore.

Pieve di Cadore to Conegliano
A newly developed cycle path brings you to Longarone, rebuilt after the 1963 tidal wave disaster. After Belluno, there's one final chain of hills to climb. From the top, you'll see views over the Italian lowlands stretching ahead. You'll reach Conegliano, famous along with Valdobbiadene for Prosecco production and its traditional wine-growing school.

Conegliano to Venice/Mestre
The mountains fall away as you roll through the plain toward Treviso, known for its waterways and fashion heritage. Along the way, you'll pass villas designed by Palladio. The final stretch follows the River Sile and roads parallel to the coast, bringing you to Venice mainland at Mestre, where the historic city's buildings and canals are within reach for exploration.
