Itinerary
- Day 1
Launceston
You'll start in the Tamar Valley at Fork it Farm, where you get to experience the whole paddock-to-plate concept with house-cured meats and local wine pairings. After that, head into Launceston to wander through the charming streets and see Cataract Gorge with its dramatic rock walls and river setting. The rest of the day is yours to explore, so you can pick one of the city's restaurants for dinner and check out the local dining scene.

- Day 2
Flinders Island to Bicheno
Early morning you'll head to Launceston Airport for a private chartered flight to Flinders Island. Once there, you'll tour Settlement Point, the historic Wybalenna site, and the Furneaux Museum. Walkers Lookout gives you 360-degree views of the whole island, which is worth the trip up there. By lunch you're trying local seafood and doing some wine-tasting at Unavale Vineyard. Later in the afternoon you'll check out Trousers Point in Strzelecki National Park, and then the flight down the east coast is something else, flying over Bay of Fires and Wineglass Bay before landing at Friendly Beaches. You finish up the day in Bicheno for the night.

Bicheno to Bay of Fires
Freycinet National Park is today's main focus, and you've got options depending on what you're up for. Either take a cruise out to Hazards Beach and do the scenic 2km walk to Wineglass Bay, tackle the 90-minute hike to the lookout, or join a guided walk up to Cape Tourville Lighthouse. After you're done with that, stop in Coles Bay and grab some lunch. Then it's over to East Coast Natureworld to meet a Tasmanian Devil in person. From there you head north through the fishing villages toward Bay of Fires, walking around Big Lagoon and The Gulch before ending up at Binalong Bay. By evening you're back at your waterfront hotel to relax.

- Day 4
Bay of Fires to Devonport
You're heading west to Brickendon Estate, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where an Archer family member will guide you through the convict farm village. You'll have tea and home-baked scones there. Then it's on to Deloraine, which is the arts hub of the Meander Valley with galleries and local character. Before wrapping up, you stop at Eastford Creek Winery to try some fine local wines. After that drive to Devonport, where you'll stay for the next two nights.

Devonport

Lunch is at Mrs Jones Restaurant Bar Lounge, where you get views of waves hitting the beach and can watch everything being prepared in the open kitchen. The afternoon is free time, so you can head to Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, check out the Aboriginal rock carvings, visit the Bass Strait Maritime Museum, or spend time at Devonport Regional Gallery.

Devonport to Launceston
Today you visit a folk museum in the Meander Valley to see Yarns Artwork in Silk, a massive textile project that over 300 community members created using hand techniques. Lunch features local flavours with fine Tasmanian wine to match. You'll have time to reflect on your whole journey with the other travelers, and then the tour wraps up this afternoon.
