Excellently organized and planned. We appreciated the close communication with STM staff on questions. Really enjoyed our daily guides from Radius, especially Achim on our Nuremburg trip. We all rated him our favorite. So knowledgeable and witty! Emmett is also very memorable! Our bus trips with Obayern were good, but the guides were lackluster at best and their speaking was monotone, they didn't add anything to the experience.Show more

The tour was very well organized and the communications were definitely 5 star. One thing to keep in mind, with this type of tour your you are visiting sites with a new group everyday. Our three days in Munich comprised three day trips around the city all run from the same tour company office but with a unique guide and different group. Our group sizes ranged from 30 or so to 6. In Berlin, there was one half-day side trip to Potsdam and a Hop-on Hop off bus tour for a day; to get the most from the city, you need to do some planning on your own. My only point of dissatisfaction was the hotel in Munich was changed about a month before the tour began. The replacement hotel was presented as a 3 star hotel. I do not believe this was a 3 star hotel. However, it was clean and well situated near both the train station and the tour office. The Munich hotel was in contrast with the Berlin hotel which was very nice.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
