- Jenny· June 4th, 2025Excellent itinerary.. except for the old, rickety, dirty sleeper train. We could have had 1 day less in Luxor, otherwise the trip was great. I would have liked to have a tour guide take us around at each site since our CEO wasn’t able to guide us around most places to give us more details. She gave us a summary at the beginning and let us roam around by ourselves. The snorkeling day in Hurghada was a much needed relaxing one since our itinerary was very hectic. Overall, this was a great experience save for the train and missing information at most sites. I was listening in on other tour guides to gain more info.Show more

First, let me say that the tour you had for us was just perfect!! There were 18 in the group , not counting Francisco, and it was totally insane, fun, bonding, and something none of us will ever forget!!! I really cannot put in words about the whole trip!! I was thinking of going to Egypt next year, but in the bonding, I have been to Manchester to stay with Fiona and her friends and family. A bunch of us are planning a get together, and are getting together on Whatsapp in October. I want to let you know that Francisco was great. He took care of us. and we all became good friends!! He made sure that everything was taken care of!! Give that wonderful man a raise!!Show more

Asked on January 15th, 2025Can you give me an example of possible hotels in Cairo, or an idea of what party of the city the hotel would be in? I'll be arriving the night before and need to book an extra night hotel, and would book same hotel or a hotel nearby in same area. Since I arrive night before (6 June 9:30pm), do I still get the included airport pickup? Or do I now need to pay for a separate airport transfer? On the last day in Luxor, how much is the cost of asking you to arrange airport transfer from Luxor hotel to Luxor airport in the morning of 15 June.

As an example of a hotel we use in Cairo: Cosmopolitan Cairo Hotel. And in Luxor: Emilio Hotel Luxor. Once the hotels are updated then you will certainly be able to book the additional night through us and we will pick you up at the airport and take you to the joining hotel. And for the departure transfer from Luxor - we currently don't have the pricing for this service but can also reach out to the operational staff on this service too!
