      Accommodation is inclusive as well as the 3 Meals but we are not able to promise to provide the private rooms as April is peak season however we try our best and will give you private rooms for few days.

      2 People are signed up already for the same trip. While walking you can meet so many people and even in the evening can meet a lot of people staying at the same tea house that you are staying.

      I will come to pick you up from the airport and there will be either your name card of Alpine Club of Himalaya. If you do not find me please kindly call me but do not follow any brothers at the airport.

      You can get on arrival visa once you are in the kathmandu airport however you can fill this on arrival visa form and submit two days prior to your departure. Make sure you can not make any online payment so you only can pay once you are at the Kathmandu airport.

    • For any tour departing before July 25th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 25th, 2026, a minimum payment of 35% is required to confirm your booking with Alpine Club of Himalaya. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
