  The food was very good, the service excellent, and the cabin comfortable, despite size limitations. One issue was the lack of access to a laundry. The first ttour the guide in Vienna gave us was very poor. We were haragued by excessive detail, in a hot relatively airless museum with very poor lighting. She appeared to be relatively insensitive to the needs of the less fit members of the tour.Show more

  Very well managed comfortable cabin and amenities. Itinerary was great with combination of towns and city eg Budapest. Activities were good especially the horse show. Food was exquisite but too much of the French cuisine and bland vegetarian. Service was impeccable great crew. Communication was primarily French and other speakers occasionally missed messages (we had a French speaking passenger at our table who kept us informed). Overall a great experience.Show more

  The cruise was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure they were always available and ensured to keep the guests entertained. All the excursions were well arranged and the food was great. They accommodated to our vegetarian requirement. The only thing which can be improved is WiFi on the ship.. it was just not USABLE and the parking at the dock could be a more safe secured place. We had a robbery to our car with a broken glass when we returned from the holiday. Overall very good experience.Show more
