Asked on December 5th, 2025My wife walks slower sometime, we do not plan to book the optional trail hike. Will this be a problem? Also we heard there is an issue with buses, has this been resolved?

If your wife walks slower at times, ensure to note this in her Good to Go profile so that we may further add it as a CEO note to the booking as a heads up. However, as our Peru tours tend to have a 3/5 physical rating, which we call "average," the walking speed should follow a standard pacing with some adjustment available as based on the groups and itinerary needs. Could you elaborate on what you mean by bus issues? Furthermore, since this tour is from our Solo-ish travel style, the two of you will not be permitted to create a booking as these tours are intended to have only solo-travellers book. As an alternative, perhaps our Machu Picchu Adventure from our Classic travel style would be of interest? It itinerary routing looks to be exactly the same and the two of you would be permitted to make a booking together!

You will be able to find the hotels we use (or similar) listed at the end of each day on our itinerary attached, if you wish to look up these hotels for reviews and to see photos. These hotels are subject to change, though usually don't, and in the event that we must make changes to these hotels, we would be booking an alternative in the same service level, so the accommodations listed will, at the very least, give you an idea of what to expect.
