Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your recent tour experience. We truly appreciate your honesty, especially as a returning traveler who has trusted us on multiple occasions. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely apologize for the aspects of the trip that did not meet your expectations. We understand how important clear communication, detailed itineraries, and consistency in service are particularly for a tour of this value. Regarding the structure of the tour, you are absolutely right that greater transparency about the involvement of multiple local operators would have been beneficial. This is something we are actively reviewing to ensure future travelers are better informed from the beginning. We also regret that the final itinerary and hotel details were shared later than expected, and that daily activity information and pickup times were not always communicated proactively. This falls short of the standard we aim to provide, and we are addressing this with our local partners to improve coordination and communication. That said, we are glad to hear that you found the local guides friendly and helpful. Your comments about the depth of their knowledge are very valuable, and we will be working with our partners to enhance the quality and training of guiding services. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the regional infrastructure, while fully acknowledging your concerns about hotel maintenance and overall itinerary design. Your suggestion about including guided visits in cities like Guatemala City and San Salvador is particularly helpful and will be taken into consideration for future improvements. Please know that your feedback is extremely important to us and is being shared internally as well as with the operators involved. Our goal is always to deliver a seamless and enriching travel experience, and we are committed to doing better. Thank you again for your continued trust in us. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey and provide you with the high standard of service you expect and deserve. Warm regards, Mannagment team

    Jonathan

    Asked on January 26th, 2026

Is there a way to alter this tour with removing the Guatemala portion?

    Tour Details
    • Aborigen ToursOperatorWritten January 2026

Yes, it is absolutely possible to alter the tour by removing the Guatemala portion.

As this would be a customized adjustment, it would need to be handled privately and tailored specifically to your preferences. We'd be happy to review the details with you and propose a revised itinerary accordingly.

    • J

      Jonathan

      TravelerWritten January 2026

So it's not possible to do the tour without Guatemala?

    • Aborigen ToursOperatorWritten January 2026

Yes, it is possible to do the tour without Guatemala City.

However, at the moment there is no availability for the group departure in February. In this case, we can offer it as a private tour, which would not be shared with other travelers and would require a separate quotation.
