Sacred Valley of the Incas
Your day starts with hotel pickup in Cusco, then you'll head up into the Sacred Valley to see several important Incan sites. First stop is Chinchero, where you'll walk through terraces and learn about the local weaving traditions. After that, you head to Moray to see the circular agricultural terraces that the Incas built. Around midday you'll take a break for lunch (included with the tour). After eating, your guide takes you to Ollantaytambo, where you can climb up to the temple ruins and get views across the valley. Later in the afternoon you'll stop at Pisac to see the temple complex and the cemetery perched on the hillside. Your local guide explains how each site fit into the Incan empire and what these places were used for. By evening you're back at your hotel in Cusco.
