We got ripped off and we will need help getting some of our money back.
    Traveled in January 2025
    Reply from: Unu Raymi Expeditions
Our Patagonia and Argentina trip was successful overall, featuring 3- to 4-star accommodation. When a hotel boiler issue arose, we immediately assisted and issued a reimbursement to rectify a miscommunication resulting from the part of the clients. We believe this action fully rectified the initial problem. Therefore, we would be most grateful if you could provide an updated review that takes into account the successful resolution of the aforementioned hotel matter. We feel that reflecting this positive outcome would offer a more complete and accurate representation of the entire travel experience.

    Asked on December 22nd, 2025

Is there a particular time my client needs to arrive that morning on his international flight, or is it better to arrive the day before? In general, what time is the flight out of Buenos Aires?

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten December 2025

For a smooth connection, we recommend that your client arrives in Buenos Aires at least a day before the scheduled flight to Bariloche. This ensures a relaxed start to the adventure and provides flexibility in case of any unexpected changes. The flights to Bariloche generally depart in the morning, but the exact time can vary.

I am following up as my client is outside of your recommended age range. However, he is fit and regularly active, both biking and walking regularly. He has been on many active group itineraries that I have booked on his behalf and I do not believe this tour to be beyond his abilities.

    • Unu Raymi ExpeditionsOperatorWritten December 2025

We will accept the booking as long as the client signs a waiver, and we may amend one of the activities. Also, the promo rate is only applicable for a minimum of 2 booking.
