  Hello, my name is Ji Xuan Chen. The tour we joined is: Europamundo Booking ID: EM102828 Order Date: 15 Jan, 2026 TourRadar Reference ID: 1285710-648CC. Since your itinerary clearly stated that: “after the end of February there would be a Loch Ness trip including in this tour”. So, we booked a 10-day UK and Ireland tour from March 20th to March 29th in January. However, at the day (March 24th), the tour guide said that our itinerary does not include a visit to Loch Ness because, according to the notice she saw: before the end of March, our itinerary does not include Loch Ness and other related attractions. when comparing my itinerary and the tour guide's itinerary, mine clearly stated that there would be a Loch Ness trip started after the end of February, while the tour guide's itinerary showed is after the end of March. Due to I am very interested in Loch Ness, I specifically booked for March tour, but I am very disappointed to be told that the itinerary does not include Loch Ness and other attractions. (I just checked your advertisement on TourRadar, and it still shows that only November to the end of February does not include Loch Ness.) I hope you can resolve my issue; I feel so confused .   The biggest issue with this tour was pretty simple… lack of communication and lack of direction. It showed up over and over again. Day 1 – London Most tours kick things off with some kind of quick meet and greet… even 10–15 minutes just to set expectations. That didn’t happen here. We checked in at the hotel and that was it… no welcome, no overview, no guidance. Then we had about 7 hours of free time… with nothing suggested to do. Yes, Windsor Castle was an option, but there were only 4 spots available and we had 8 people. After that… nothing. No backup ideas, no “here are a few things nearby,” not even a simple handout or QR code. As group leaders, we expected at least a little help pointing people in the right direction. Instead, it was basically “figure it out yourselves.” We did… but we shouldn’t have had to. Also worth mentioning… the day started at 7:15 AM, which didn’t make much sense considering there wasn’t anything planned. Tour Guide & Communication Helen was very nice and clearly trying… but between the accent and the microphone system, we were missing a lot of what she was saying. At times it felt like we were catching every third word. When a local guide stepped in later, things improved a lot. That alone showed how important clear communication is on a tour like this. London Itself We essentially got one morning of touring in London… and that was it. For a city like London, that’s just not enough. Nothing else was offered through the tour. Itinerary Issues There were a few places listed that didn’t really count as “visited.” Durham was on the itinerary, but we didn’t actually tour it. Pitlochry and The Kelpies seemed to replace Loch Ness, which was originally listed. I understand things can change… but no one explained it. That’s the problem. If changes happen, just tell people. It goes a long way. Dublin Dublin followed the same pattern. The city tour lasted about an hour. The guide seemed knowledgeable, but it was difficult for English speakers in our group to follow everything. After that… we had 6–7 hours of free time. In the rain. With no real suggestions on what to do. Again, no printed info, no links, no QR code… nothing simple to help people make the most of their time. A few verbal suggestions were mentioned, but nothing concrete or easy to follow. Time Management This was all over the place: 6+ hours of free time in Dublin with no direction Only about 1.5 hours in Liverpool Early departures that meant missing breakfast (and the “bag breakfast” wasn’t great) Long waits, like 1.5 hours for the ferry, with no real communication Overall Yes, we covered a lot of places… but covering ground isn’t the same as experiencing it. Some stops felt rushed, others felt completely unsupported. The pattern throughout the trip was consistent: Not enough communication Not enough guidance during free time Not enough structure where it mattered What Would Fix This Honestly, none of this is complicated: Do a quick welcome meeting on Day 1 Give people simple city guides (even a QR code works) Make sure guides are easy to understand and properly equipped Communicate any itinerary changes clearly Balance free time with actual structure Spend meaningful time in major cities Bottom Line This tour could be really good… the bones are there. But right now, too much of the experience is left up to the guests to figure out on their own. That’s not what people expect when they book a guided tour. If you want better reviews and repeat customers… it comes down to this: Communicate better… guide people better… and actually support them while they’re on the trip.Show more

  I was disappointed in the optional tours The tour to Windsor Castle was done in Spanish only I told my regular guide we don't speak Spanish and she told us to get on the bus anyway not giving us the option to cancel the tour. I turned into a very expensive bus ride with no information given that we could understand. Once dropped at the castle we just rad to roam around by ourselves The other optional tour in Dublin was canceled and we had to ask to be refunded the cost of the tour. The guides generally walked us partway into the towns and the told us we had free time i expected more information about what we were seeing to be provided. It was not. The information given to us on the bus was very informative.Show more

  Too many different languages spoken, I believe we had 4 ... Tossing too many different guides/drivers and intermixing the tours we felt was extremely impersonal . First day there was no guide for the welcoming at all. Second day a person shows up 45 minutes late to corrales in with another bus. Many of the hotels were an absolute dive. Could not recommend.Show more

We saw so many sights, heard detailed history of our destinations, received good common sense advice, clear instructions and ready help at all times. Pericles, our guide, in my opinion is what made our trip so wonderful. His personable, friendly, warm personality along with his genuine caring that we knew important details is unparalleled. He even played songs to represent different areas we visited and that helped us get a feeling for the culture of a destination. As I told him myself, he has a very special place in my heart.
