  Overall a great tour . Locations are beautiful. Weather was fantastic. Hotels 4 out of 5 were fantastic locations Berlin was a long way from anything bit of a miss. Group changes every few days people getting on and off. Tour guides were great fantastic knowledgeable English was hit or miss could understand but sometimes hard.Show more

  I would like to tell you that the whole tour is excellent except the tour leader Mr. Javier Esteban Abad in Berlin....
  I would like to tell you that the whole tour is excellent except the tour leader Mr. Javier Esteban Abad in Berlin. He was not polite and helpful. He was unwilling to let us know how to get back to hotel after the city tour, He was not patient to listen to us and did not want to answer our questions. I talked with others and they have same issues on him. He thought that we were all foolish and wanted us to let lost in the city. We do not to want to join Europamund any more if Javier Esteban Abad still works in this Company. Thank you very much for your kindly attention.Show more
