We visited great locations. However, the trip was more in Spanish than English.

The tour with Euromundo had pros and cons. I enjoyed the pace and the places visited. The first few hotels, Radisson Blu, were nice. The Mercure Hotels were fair at best. My room at the Mercure in Berlin was dirty. The hotel in Prague, Panorama, was horrible. It was so bad, I checked out after one night. It reeks of smoke, hasn't been renovated since the 1950s and my room was not too clean. (The staff was kind and helpful.) The local tour guides were all good. Biggest issue- I bought a tour in English and for the first 10 days 70-80 percent of the tour was in Spanish. A few of the Spanish speaking passengers were very rude to me and insisted I "practice my Spanish". I did not pay for a Spanish speaking tour. The aggression of the other passengers got so bad, that our guide, Pello, had to intervene and tell them they were wrong. It was a good five days of being "bullied" and singled out. If in fact there was no English speaking tour on those dates, that is what I should have been told vs selling me one thing and providing another. Pello, the tour guide, did his best, but his English was below par for giving a tour. I honestly did not understand half of his English. Once we got to Berlin, I joined with another group going to Prague and the trip improved. And...the bus, very nice, had a pay toilet!!! One Euro to use the bathroom on a bus we paid to be on for a week or more. And the wifi on the bus did not work. (Again, don't offer something and then don't deliver) I am a veteren traveller having been to 90 plus countries The first part of this tour was one of the worst experiences I have encountered while travelling. (Even the bus drive apologized when I left the first tour in Berlin. It was truly a soul crushing experience.) But the places, sights and sounds were wonderful.
