  - Either you offer complimentrary Wifi on the bus or not: to let us know, that there is a router on the bus, but there are technical difficulties and neither the bus driver nor the Europamundo Guide, is not very customer friendly. - Don't offer the Quality Globe Hotel in Stockholm: worst Hotel on my trip and I needed to stay 2 nights there: no air conditioning, damages on curtains & floor. I felt more being in a Homeless Shelter roomwise than in a Hotel. - change your schedule, so that you have not such a tight schedule: I needed to listen to the following the last 10 days: be on time, we can't waist a minute, even the 1 hour delay from the Ferry between Denmark to Norway counted against the bus driver's time limit. I would have preferred to travel a little more relaxed and arrive latest at 6pm at the Hotel each night and not at 8 or 9pm. - offer busses with toilettes, which are functional, then you are not so dependant on the washroom breaks. - set rules in the bus right away, so that respectless passengers don't have a chance to show their rude behaviour during the whole trip. - I did not know, that Europamundo was a spanish company, when booking my trip via Tour Radar. While some of our buses are equipped with routers, internet connectivity during international overland travel can be inconsistent due to technical and regional limitations. For this reason, we do not guarantee Wi-Fi service on board, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We're also sorry to hear that the hotel in Stockholm did not meet your expectations. All hotel assignments are made based on availability, location, and the standards defined in each tour program. Nevertheless, we will forward your comments about this specific property to our hotel quality team for review. Concerning the pace of the tour, our itineraries are designed to cover a wide variety of locations and experiences in a limited timeframe, which requires a certain level of punctuality to maintain the schedule. This information is available in the detailed day-by-day program before booking. However, we understand that each traveler has different preferences, and your comments will be taken into account as we continually improve our services. Our guides are trained to manage group dynamics and promote respectful behavior among all travelers. We are sorry if you experienced discomfort due to the actions of other passengers.   My tour started off bad, because my plane was delayed. I was in the air and had no way to notify my transfer to hotel. When I landed I tried to notify them and no one would answer the phone, so I tried to notify Europamundo and the calls would not go through. They left me at the airport in a strange country with no way to get to the hotel. It was scarey. I got a cab and had to pay another $ 50.00 to get to my hotel. When I told my tour guide about it she said $50 is not bad for Europe. It may not be bad, but when you were supposed to have a transfer to your hotel it shouldn't have happened. I learned a very valuable lesson here. Everyone else waiting for passengers at the airport said everyone knew the flight was delayed they should not have left you. One lady even tried to help me call them from here phone, but they wouldn't answer. There were other problems with the tour, but I won't go into all of them. I was disappointed in the tour though.Show more

Our office made several attempts to contact you by phone regarding your pickup on July 15th and also tried to reeach you by WhatsApp but unfortunately, the calls were unsuccessful and the WhatsApp message did not go through. We understand that your delayed flight may have affected your availability at that time. Our suppliers closely monitor flight schedules and are aware of the latest arrival times. However, in this instance, as we did not receive any communication from you and the driver reported a no-show after waiting for approximately two hours, we did not pursue further action with the supplier. Thanks to your review, we have now submitted your claim to the supplier and are actively investigating the matter. We will update you as soon as we receive more information. You must write to us on your booking. Thank you for your patience as we look into this, and for taking the time to provide your review, which helps us continually improve our services.   I loved the time we spent in Bergen,Norway and the boat ride down the Fjord. Those were my favorite part of the trip.

  Europamundo gave us good accomodation, except the hotel in Aarthus. Rooms were supposed to be ready at 3pm but we were made to wait for 2hrs, only to find that we were allocated to a room with stairs and we had to carry our pieces of luggage! Our guide Bettina was good but was not proficient enough to give thehistory of the places in English. The places visited were great and mostly amazing but too little time to appreciate the beauty of the place. We spent more time travelling around Carribbean countries with very limited time even to use the toilet.Show more

Regarding the hotel in Aarhus, we will inquire about the check-in time because, as we inform, check-in starts from 2 or 3 pm depending on the hotel. Likewise, I would like to inform you that we provide many immediate contact lines so that if you have any incidents like this, we can offer help and a quick solution. The daily schedule we have must be followed, and for this reason, we sometimes have limited time frames to be able to carry out the services as planned. We regret that you feel you did not have enough free time to visit the places on your own, but we are glad that you got to know new places with the company of our staff.
