Poor communication and one of the hotels was rundown and gave me food poisoning. I was not told what time to meet the tour at my hotel and only found it by chance as I happened to see the bus, we then had a 3 hour wait at a bus station waiting for another tour to arrive. With the hotel the cutlery was visibly unclean and food poisoning occurred even after sanitising cutlery. There also appeared to be no reason for staying at that hotel as we did not do the activities indicated on the itinerary for that location.Show more

Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes, and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class, in different countries, and even in the same country. All rooms have a private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, a safe box, and a hairdryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning, or local legislation establishes limited dates of use. In some circuits, there are certain slight differences in the quality of the hotels located in the same city. Regarding the hygiene situation of the hotels, as indicated on your voucher, passengers are kindly requested to directly inform the front desk. If the problem persists, they need to reach out to our emergency hotline or WhatsApp, available on your voucher, to report the problem, and our customer service team will promptly address your concerns and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communications from your end while you were still on the route; therefore, we were not able to act upon this incident in real time. Payment information
- For any tour departing before October 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 14th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
