We would also like to apologize for the areas where your experience fell short of expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred: The Tour Downgrade: It is always a difficult challenge for us to operate our 4-star (deluxe) tours because fewer people sign up for them, making it hard to meet the minimum group size required to run them. When we realized we couldn't run the deluxe departure, we transitioned you to our standard tour and promptly refunded you the price difference, which was $800 USD lower per person. Hotel Accommodations: Because of the transition to the standard tour, the hotels booked were our standard-tier properties. Hotel rooms in major cities like Tokyo can be significantly smaller than Western standards, but we apologize that they felt cramped during your stay. The Tour Guide: We are sorry to hear that your guide's style didn't quite match what you were looking for. While some travelers prefer more independent time at the sites, we understand you wanted a deeper, more informative guiding experience. We will share this feedback directly with our team to ensure our guides find the right balance of historical context and free time.       It won't be a problem at all. We only have breakfast included with the package and they are buffet style so you can choose the food accordingly. There are lots of great foods in Japan other than fish so you can always find something you like.

      Unfortunately, the hotel rooms are generally very small in Japan, so we do not have triple room. We have to arrange two rooms for the three of you. And the sun single supplement 568 USD will apply.

      Is it possible to share room if we are okay with it? As we are 2 Adults & 1 Child only. It doesnt make sense to book 2 rooms. If we book one room for 3 of us, how much discount can you provide with pricing for 2 Adults + 1 child.

      Triple rooms can be more expensive than having two rooms in Japan because they are not available at many hotels. That's why we would recommend two rooms for better experience.

      We are interested in visiting Jigokudani Monkey Park (Snow Monkey Park). Could you please let me know if it's possible to include a stop there, arrange an optional excursion, or advise the best way to visit while on the tour at Nagano area on Day 5?

      Regrettably, our set itinerary and fixed transit schedule for Day 5 in the Nagano area do not allow enough time to include a group stop or an organized excursion to the park. Because the park requires a dedicated 30 to 40-minute walk each way from the vehicle drop-off point through a forest trail, a proper visit requires a minimum of 2.5 to 3 hours total, which unfortunately conflicts with our scheduled stops for that day. Upon your arrival in Japan, we highly recommend speaking directly with your tour guide. They are local experts on regional logistics and can look at the exact flow of Day 5 to give you the best advice on whether breaking away during a free window is feasible, or if there is a seamless way to visit independently.
