Quick responses in Tourradar.com and adjustments 2 instances which could be improved On day one - we were given a welcome paper in the front desk which stated a time 7:30 Trastevere but the bus left at 7pm in the other itinerary and not found in the welcome paper. A lot of passengers were then left behind and some had to take cabs to go to trastevere on their own. On day two, we had pouring rain - people were drenched to the core but still we continued with the Vatican tour. After the tour at 4pm, we were told by Filippo and Giovanni to go on our own with an 8:30pm meet up time in the Grand Hotel. the tour guide should be flexible to adjust given weather - leaving the drenched passengers by themselves wet is not the best 2nd day. He should have offered an option to bring back passengers to the hotel given everyone was drenched. Since we did not want to get sick, we all had to take cabs and all the groups had to pay 70 euros just to get back to the hotel.Show more

  During this tour on day# 5, May 9th on our way from Venice to Innsbruck, our bus had flat tire and we had to wait at the service center for more than 3.5 hours waiting for the repair, which shorted our visit to Innsbruck to an hour only which means we checked in Zurich hotel around 11pm. By the time we checked in all the restaurants were closed and we had to sleep hungry for that night. I’m sure you can imagine after travelling the whole day and going to sleep hungry it should not be part of a vacation. I understand flat tires are out of control, however I believe the situation could be handled better by getting someone for service faster and arranging the dinner for that night for everyone, even with cost. I was willing to pay for my dinner if my tour guide would arrange it with her local contacts and missing our time in Innsbruck was such a disappointment as well. On day 7, May 11th, going from Zurich to Lugano our bus emergency door on the roof flew away, some passengers got hurt with plastic pcs while driving on the highway. I lost my scarf due to high wind and pressure and we had to sit on the bus for more than 20 mins in the freezing cold and strong wind. Driver spent an hour trying to find the cardboard and temporarily closed the emergency door with tape and cardboard which was flown away after driving on the highway for 20 mins. Driver took the exit again and spent 1.5 hours fixing the emergency door again with strong tape this time. We could feel the cold air in the bus throughout our day and all this delay gave us only 1 hour in Milan, which was the biggest disappointment for all of us. Such a beautiful and famous city Milan, all our trip we were looking forward to exploring this city for 3.5 hours as per the itinerary. With a 15 mins walk from the bus stop to the center of the city one way, all we could do was use the restrooms and buy dinner as we learned the lesson from May 9th and didn’t want to sleep hungry again. Kids were sooo sad and angry, whole our trip we were looking forward to shopping here as we didn't do anything from other places. we were told our hotel was 40 min away from city so we packed our dinner however 40 mins drive took 2 hours due to some misunderstand about the hotels and I think driver was lost as well and by the time we reached at our hotel food was cold as we were not allowed to eat on the bus and hotel staff told me that they don’t have microwave to warm the food as well. I hope you can imagine our frustration about missing nearly 5 hours of our day. All this explained the poor condition of bus, Front emergency door had the cardboard stuck to it as well, which tell me this bus may have experienced the same situation before with front emergency door, windows were so dirty from day one, we can’t see outside clearly and there is moist sitting on them as per attached pictures and no cartons on the window. I’m sure you can imagine in the afternoon when the sun is so strong and you are sitting next to the window with no cartons. Two bus seats were broken as per attached pictures. Temperature in the bus was awful as well, it's too cold or too hot……never comfortable temperature. Bus back bumper was taped as well. On Day 8, May 12th from Milan we were transferred to the new bus with a new guide. I will give 5 out of 5 for this day. Everything was perfect, our guide Eva was on time for our pickup from the hotel, she greeted us and gave us her phone number which was never provided to us by our previous guide. Bus was amazing, the seats were a lot better, the temperature was perfect in the bus, the windows were nice and clean with cartons, I saw the driver was cleaning them after every stop. Eva was explaining the day very nicely and clearly……our day went by as planned and perfectly on time, Eva's energy was amazing, fun, happy and joyful. We felt now we were on vacation. She had a map to show us everything and the way she had explained the next day to other passengers was never explained to us. She even gave us a map which was not provided to us for the whole trip. She pointed out the restaurants close to the hotel for dinners….it was perfect which made us feel even worse that we spent our whole trip with such poor service starting from Rome. Our whole trip could have been completely different if we had a better bus and tour guide like our last day.Show more

  Very disorganized! Company deleted my review which is very disappointing NOT acknowledging their bad service and not trying to improve. Bad communication, very disorganized and we were left behind twice during tour. Almost everyone in our tour weren’t happy with experiences. Tour guide doesn’t take seem to care and doesn’t take accountability. Please improve your service in the future. Please do not ask us to fill out survey if you would not acknowledge mistakes and fix issues. Totally depicts the purpose of asking to fill out survey and review when company just ignores and deletes it.Show more
