- Day 2
Barcelona - Girona
After breakfast, join a morning tour of Barcelona's highlights including Gaudi's modernist architecture and the famous Ramblas. Later in the day, you'll travel north to Girona for an evening walk through the historic center, where you'll see colorful houses, the old Jewish quarter, and the cathedral.

You'll check out Carrières des Lumières, an underground art experience in an ancient quarry. After that, continue to Chambéry, a medieval city in Savoy with a historic center and large castle.

From there, go to Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva's shores, then settle into Leysin for views of the Rhône Valley and Mont Blanc.

Today features Alpine mountain scenery as you take a cable car up to Glacier 3000 and see ice and snow year-round, plus the suspended bridge between peaks and the Ice Cathedral. Stop in Interlaken for lunch, then travel to Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most beautiful cities. You'll arrive in Zurich by evening for some city exploration.
