Hello Ronald, receive a warm greeting from us. We are very pleased to know that your trip was satisfactory in general terms. I commented that the operation of the tours make what is offered to the passenger is fulfilled, regardless of weather conditions. Of course, as long as the physical integrity of our clients is not put at risk and there is a pre-established program that must be fulfilled. In many occasions the guide makes decisions that improve the visits so they know very well how to measure the schedules. Regarding your displeasure of the hotels, I commented that our commitment according to the quality - price, is to provide clean, safe hotels, with private bathrooms and with the minimum conditions required, but they are not luxury hotels and this is clearly indicated in our policies. However, we will take your comments into consideration and we will analyze them to see if we can make improvements in them. At the point that the traveling companions are divided is precisely because not all of them have the same circuit, some start together but in a certain city they divide as one goes to a different route. We greatly appreciate your comments about our guides Veronica and Teresa, I tell you that we are going to send you your comments. Thank you very much for your comments and we are at your service. Best regards.... Cynthia from Europamundo
