You'll arrive in Bordeaux and board your cruise ship, with flights needing to land by 3 pm and passengers on board by 5 pm. Before the cruise departs along the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, you have the afternoon and evening to walk around this wine region's capital and get a feel for the city.

Bordeaux to Pauillac
Start the day with a wine sommelier presentation on board covering Bordeaux wines. After that, you can pick from three options: take a guided tour of Château de la Brède (where philosopher Montesquieu was born), visit a wine estate and taste Sauternes, or explore another local vineyard. The ship heads to Pauillac, and the evening brings live entertainment on deck.

Cussac Fort Médoc to Blaye
Following a relaxed cruise to Cussac Fort Méoc, you'll visit the Adventure Center and select one of three activities: e-bike ride through Bordeaux vineyards, a Margaux château tour with wine tasting, or a scenic drive through Médoc wine country sampling Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Later, the ship sails toward Blaye.

Blaye to Bourg
The morning starts in Blaye's Citadel with your choice of a power walk, guided tour paired with an art gallery and wine tasting, or a panoramic drive along Route de la Corniche. From there, the ship heads to Bourg on the Dordogne River. In the afternoon, you can walk through Bourg's citadel and carriage museum, or take an optional excursion to learn about Cognac production and taste Rémy Martin. Live entertainment wraps up the evening.

The ship docks overnight in Libourne, a 12th-century fortified town.

In the afternoon, there's an optional excursion to Les Bassins des Lumières for an art and music experience in a former submarine base.
