  What time would we need to arrive in Casablanca from Lisbon on the first day of the tour and what time could we get a flight back on the last day of the tour? Would we need to arrive in Casablanca early in the morning or would around 10:30AM be ok? What time could we book a flight from Casablanca back to Lisbon on the final day of the tour - would 6pm be too early?

    Arriving in Casablanca around 10:30 AM on the first day is absolutely fine. If you prefer to arrive a little earlier, that is also possible. Alternatively, you can arrive one day before the tour, which can be a more relaxed option. We can arrange your arrival and airport transfer according to your flight details. For the final day, a 6:00 PM flight back to Lisbon is a good time and should work well with the tour schedule and airport transfer. We'll be happy to coordinate everything with you and make sure your arrival and departure are comfortable and well organized.

    Is there any luggage limitation for the trip? I will have two suitcases with me. One is a hardsided large carry on size and the other is a carry on duffle which will have all of my riding equipment (boots, helmet, etc). Is that a problem?

    Two suitcases will be no problem. We can accommodate both your large carry-on-size suitcase and your duffle bag with your riding equipment.

    Are there any baggage restrictions for the trip? I will have two bags with me for the trip. They are both carry on size. One is a hard sided larger carry on and the other is a duffle carry on that will have my riding boots, helmet, etc. Also, do we take all of our luggage with us on the camel ride out to the desert camp or do we have to consolidate to one small bag for the overnight in the desert.

    There are no strict baggage restrictions for the trip. Two carry-on-size bags, including your larger hard-sided carry-on and your duffle bag with your riding boots and helmet, will be absolutely fine. For the desert experience, you do not need to take all of your luggage with you on the camel ride. Your main luggage will be transported separately by 4x4 to the desert camp, while you can take a small overnight bag with the essentials you may need for the evening and the next morning. So you can travel comfortably with both carry-on bags throughout the tour.

  What time on Day 1 would the group be picked up? On Day 7, what time would we arrive at Casablanca? Is it possible to get dropped off in Rabat instead? We have an event on August 12th in Rabat and would like to get there by 4-5p. How big would the small group be? Would it be our group of 6 people or would other people be in the group?

    Departure on Day 1 is at 9:00 AM. The first day includes the drive from Casablanca to the Blue City of Chefchaouen. On the final day, the tour travels from Marrakech towards Casablanca. Since Rabat is on the way, we can arrange a drop-off there instead of Casablanca. You should arrive in Rabat in the afternoon, making it suitable for your event. Our small-group tours have a maximum of 6 travelers. If you book all 6 places, you would have the vehicle exclusively to yourselves.

    Yes, airport transfers are included. We will pick you up on arrival and drop you off at the end of the tour. This is a 7-day tour that starts and ends in Casablanca. You should fly into and out of Mohammed V International Airport. On the first day, we drive from Casablanca to Chefchaouen, with a stop to visit Rabat along the way. Because it's a longer first day, we recommend arriving the day before the tour or booking a morning flight.

Yes, your airport transfer can still be arranged even if you arrive a day earlier—just send us your flight details and we'll schedule it. The tour usually starts in the morning on Day 1, but if you arrive the night before everything will be easy and relaxed. On the last day, you are free to leave anytime; we usually recommend booking a flight from late morning or afternoon to be comfortable.

    So how much time do we get in Marrakesh? We arrive the evening before and it seems like we have to see a lot before we head to the airport on the same day. At what time is the airport transfer. Also if we arrive in Casablanca the Feb 27, start the tour the next day, what would be the day of departure? In each city there is a decent amount of free time, correct? Finally, can I request to sit near the front of the car as I tend to get motion sickness.

    If you arrive in Casablanca on Feb 27, the tour officially starts on Feb 28 and the departure day will be Mar 3 (Friday to Friday as you mentioned). Since you arrive the afternoon before, you won't feel rushed. Marrakech is especially lively in the afternoon and evening, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the city. You will also have free time on the last day before your airport transfer. we recommend booking your departure in the late afternoon or evening to make the most of your final day in Marrakech. Weather this time of year is generally mild and pleasant: Marrakech: around 18–24°C, sunny to partly cloudy. Sahara (Merzouga): warm during the day (20–26°C), cooler at night (8–12°C). Perfect weather for sightseeing and desert activities. Yes! Sandboarding is available year-round, and the dunes during this season are ideal — not too hot. Absolutely. Each city includes structured guided visits + free time for shopping, cafés, or wandering at your own pace. Of course we'll reserve a front seat for you so you stay comfortable throughout the trip.

    Hi Emily! Yes, the call to prayer can be heard, especially the early one around 5:30 a.m. but in the hotels we use it's much softer and usually doesn't wake guests up.

    As for the call to prayer, could I request that our room be on the side as far away from where the call to prayer is performed in each riad. A quiet corner on the back or inside. We don't care about a great view out the window, I like the room dark and quiet. To the best of your ability. I am sensitive to noise, but my daughter is fine with it. I survived the call in Ethiopiia but it was not every day and I was 20 years younger.

    The cancellation policy is confusing. If we cancel 10 days before we get a full refund? Don't plan to cancel but want to understand completely. 5 to 10 days we get 30 percent refund?

We'll do our best to make sure you have a dark, peaceful room throughout your stay. Regarding the cancellation policy: More than 10 days before arrival → full refund. 5 to 10 days before arrival → 30% refund.

    For early March in Morocco, we recommend bringing layers, mornings and evenings can be cool, while afternoons are mild to warm. A light jacket, comfortable walking clothes, and something a bit warmer for the desert night are perfect. Bug spray is not usually necessary, but if you prefer to have it, you can bring a small bottle. It's also easy to buy in Casablanca if you need some once you arrive.

    For the airport transfer. Just send us your arrival details and we will arrange everything. Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area with a sign with your name. Regarding payments in Morocco: You can definitely use a European credit card here. Most hotels, restaurants, and many shops accept international cards. However, we always recommend informing your bank before traveling, just in case they block the card for security reasons. You will also find ATMs everywhere, and it's always good to have some cash with you. Smaller shops, local markets, and some riads might not accept cards, so having a little cash makes things easier.

In addition, ATMs are available everywhere if you prefer to withdraw money directly.

Basic Packing List Clothing Light layers for the daytime. A light to medium-weight jacket for the evenings. Comfortable long pants or jeans. A few T-shirts or light tops. A warmer layer (light fleece or sweater) for cooler nights. Shoes. Comfortable walking shoes or trainers — best for cities and sightseeing. Optional: lightweight sandals for riads/hotels. Weather / Protection. Sunscreen — even in mild weather, the sun can be strong. Sunglasses & hat for daytime. Bug spray — not essential, but good to have for the desert or rural areas in the evening.
