    Yes, airport transfers are included. We will pick you up on arrival and drop you off at the end of the tour. This is a 7-day tour that starts and ends in Casablanca. You should fly into and out of Mohammed V International Airport. On the first day, we drive from Casablanca to Chefchaouen, with a stop to visit Rabat along the way. Because it's a longer first day, we recommend arriving the day before the tour or booking a morning flight.

    Could you recommend a quiet lodge for the first night if we arrive a day early? Do we still have included an airport transfer if we arrive a day early? What time does the tour start the first day? I doubt we can get there on time for that. Can we leave the last day of the tour? What time do you recommend?

    If you arrive a day early, we can arrange a quiet hotel for you in Casablanca such as ONOMO Hotel Casablanca Airport or Oum Palace Hotel & Spa. Yes, your airport transfer can still be arranged even if you arrive a day earlier—just send us your flight details and we'll schedule it. The tour usually starts in the morning on Day 1, but if you arrive the night before everything will be easy and relaxed. On the last day, you are free to leave anytime; we usually recommend booking a flight from late morning or afternoon to be comfortable.

    So how much time do we get in Marrakesh? We arrive the evening before and it seems like we have to see a lot before we head to the airport on the same day. At what time is the airport transfer. Also if we arrive in Casablanca the Feb 27, start the tour the next day, what would be the day of departure? In each city there is a decent amount of free time, correct? Finally, can I request to sit near the front of the car as I tend to get motion sickness.

    If you arrive in Casablanca on Feb 27, the tour officially starts on Feb 28 and the departure day will be Mar 3 (Friday to Friday as you mentioned). Since you arrive the afternoon before, you won't feel rushed. Marrakech is especially lively in the afternoon and evening, so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the city. You will also have free time on the last day before your airport transfer. we recommend booking your departure in the late afternoon or evening to make the most of your final day in Marrakech. Weather this time of year is generally mild and pleasant: Marrakech: around 18–24°C, sunny to partly cloudy. Sahara (Merzouga): warm during the day (20–26°C), cooler at night (8–12°C). Perfect weather for sightseeing and desert activities. Yes! Sandboarding is available year-round, and the dunes during this season are ideal — not too hot. Absolutely. Each city includes structured guided visits + free time for shopping, cafés, or wandering at your own pace. Of course we'll reserve a front seat for you so you stay comfortable throughout the trip.

    Hi Emily! Yes, the call to prayer can be heard, especially the early one around 5:30 a.m. but in the hotels we use it's much softer and usually doesn't wake guests up.

    As for the call to prayer, could I request that our room be on the side as far away from where the call to prayer is performed in each riad. A quiet corner on the back or inside. We don't care about a great view out the window, I like the room dark and quiet. To the best of your ability. I am sensitive to noise, but my daughter is fine with it. I survived the call in Ethiopiia but it was not every day and I was 20 years younger.

    The cancellation policy is confusing. If we cancel 10 days before we get a full refund? Don't plan to cancel but want to understand completely. 5 to 10 days we get 30 percent refund?

We'll do our best to make sure you have a dark, peaceful room throughout your stay. Regarding the cancellation policy: More than 10 days before arrival → full refund. 5 to 10 days before arrival → 30% refund.

    For early March in Morocco, we recommend bringing layers, mornings and evenings can be cool, while afternoons are mild to warm. A light jacket, comfortable walking clothes, and something a bit warmer for the desert night are perfect. Bug spray is not usually necessary, but if you prefer to have it, you can bring a small bottle. It's also easy to buy in Casablanca if you need some once you arrive.

    For the airport transfer. Just send us your arrival details and we will arrange everything. Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area with a sign with your name. Regarding payments in Morocco: You can definitely use a European credit card here. Most hotels, restaurants, and many shops accept international cards. However, we always recommend informing your bank before traveling, just in case they block the card for security reasons. You will also find ATMs everywhere, and it's always good to have some cash with you. Smaller shops, local markets, and some riads might not accept cards, so having a little cash makes things easier.

There are also many official places to exchange money safely such as exchange offices and banks so you can easily change cash when you arrive. In addition, ATMs are available everywhere if you prefer to withdraw money directly.

Basic Packing List Clothing Light layers for the daytime. A light to medium-weight jacket for the evenings. Comfortable long pants or jeans. A few T-shirts or light tops. A warmer layer (light fleece or sweater) for cooler nights. Shoes. Comfortable walking shoes or trainers — best for cities and sightseeing. Optional: lightweight sandals for riads/hotels. Weather / Protection. Sunscreen — even in mild weather, the sun can be strong. Sunglasses & hat for daytime. Bug spray — not essential, but good to have for the desert or rural areas in the evening. Light rain jacket or small travel umbrella (just in case).
