  Do we choose which hotel? And is that night included in the trip or do we pay extra for that?

    This tour does not include accommodation in Las Vegas and the 2 hotels listed are pick up points so we advise our clients to arrive the day before the tour starts and to choose a hotel as close as possible to either location.

    Are coach busses used? Is all our luggage left on the bus and locked up? If a mini bus is used how many people are on it? Some of the traveling is up to 4 or 5 hours and I'm just wondering about comfort.

    As this tour has upto a max of 50 passengers you will be on coach busses yes. 1 piece of luggage (no weight limit) and 1 small carry on bag such as a rucksack is permitted and the luggage travels with you and will be taken into hotels etc so not left on the coach. They are very comfortable a/c coaches and its a really nice way to travel around....you see so much from the windows.

    This tour Vegas, Monument Valley & Grand Canyon – 7 days starts and ends in Las Vegas, so unfortunately we don't offer a version that departs from Phoenix. The itinerary does include many of the places you mentioned—like Sedona, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and the Grand Canyon.

  I am interested in participating in one of your tours to the Grand Canyon and would appreciate some additional information. As a beginner in hiking, I would like to know whether the walks included in your tours are suitable for individuals with limited hiking experience. Specifically, are the trails easy to navigate and relatively flat, or do they involve steep climbs or challenging terrain? Additionally, in case some participants are not comfortable with hiking, are there alternative activities available during the tour? Lastly, I would like to inquire if your tour packages include airport pick-up and drop-off services, or if such arrangements can be made upon request.

    some great news, is that this tour has no hiking, however if there are optional tours, it would be easy level of hiking. We dont do airport transfers however i would recommend coming in the day before as the tour leaves from Las Vegas Treasure Island - Treasure Island Hotel, On the sidewalk next to the Bell Desk at 06:45 AM OR Las Vegas Luxor Hotel - Luxor Hotel, North Entrance, Lower level by the Uber Ride Share Sign at 06:30 AM.

    at what time is the pick up? and if we spend a night before the tour starts at the hotel we need to pay for it too? And do we have enough time during the tour to enjoy each moments or is it rushed?

    We dont do pre tour accommodation however the pick up will be at Las Vegas Treasure Island - Treasure Island Hotel, On the sidewalk next to the Bell Desk at 06:45 AM OR Las Vegas Luxor Hotel - Luxor Hotel, North Entrance, Lower level by the Uber Ride Share Sign at 06:30 AM. Yes you will have sufficient time when doing the sightseeing.

  2 70 yr old women to see the Grand Canyon. Want a hotel stay & 2-3 tours over 6-7 days. Want to know what hotel & where it is. We don't want to hike but are very capable of walking 2-3 miles if necessary. We would need transportation to the hotel from the airport & back. Hopefully the tours leave from the hotel.
