  The tour went really well. Our guides, David and Yenwei, and our drivers, Lina and Mr Lee were great - the guides were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the drivers and their vehicles were excellent. The itinerary was interesting and varied with good accommodation. We would certainly highly recommend UME Travel and our consultant, Phoebe, to anyone thinking of doing this tour.   I undertook the trip and it was a very smooth and fun experience all in all. When I saw the itinerary on my desktop, I knew everything was well organized and was easy to understand. The dates, destination and activities were well laid out so it was easy to visualize the trip even before it started. On the journey, it all seemed to be as listed in the itinerary and this made the entire trip seem reliable and stress-free. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all particularly when it came to what was going on for the day. Well, there's a couple of minor things I would say, if I had to elaborate, it would have been nice to have a more explicit price breakdown from the start of booking to the final booking. I also wished for more progress markers in the booking process, to easily see how far through it I was. If there was a loading or progress indicator when searching it would be a little more smooth. In total, it was wonderful—very well organized, very easy to follow, very exactly what I expected, with only minor improvements I can make to make it better.Show more

  I examined travel planning and booking process and discovered it to be user friendly and orderly in general. The travel plan was laid out in a clear manner so it was easy to digest all the travel dates, locations, lodging and planned activities. The design overall was clean and professional, and provided confidence throughout the design process. The logical flow of information was one of the best things. Key information was readily available and booking procedures were simple, but not overwhelming. The experience also gave sufficient information to help in decision making without making the interface too cluttered. Improvements: make pricing and fee details more visible throughout the process to create transparency. Adding clearer progress indicators when you are booking could also help to inform users how many steps are needed to finish the booking. In addition, more personalized suggestions according to travellers' choices may assist the planning experience to feel more customized and interesting. In general, the experience was smooth, intuitive and efficient. It can be even more useful and easier to use if some improvements are made with transparency and personalization features for travelers.Show more
