I did the EBC trek earlier this year with my wife as part of a group of 8 with Follow Alice to Everest Basecamp....
I did the EBC trek earlier this year with my wife as part of a group of 8 with Follow Alice to Everest Basecamp. We're trekking "newbies" so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect but we DID IT and made it to the Basecamp as well as Kala Patthar.. honestly crazy experience, so thankful to our lead guide Sonam, all the porters (especially Lakpha, you've been so kind & helpful during the final days when we struggled a bit with the altitude), and everyone at Follow Alice! We will be back for Kilimanjaro climb next year with you guys!!!Show more

I did this trek with 4 friends and we absolutely loved it! From the pre-climb organization by Michael to the pickup when arriving in KTM (thanks Sonam, you're the best) to the experience Alice mountain crew, and especially our lead guide Angelu, who is a superstar (I think he's like the mayor of Lukla or something, no joke! And he has climbed to Everest summit multiple times in his life so far.. so many stories, wow). And the Himalayas are just breath-taking, what a wonderful travel adventure, highly recommended! Thank you Follow Alive, it's been a blast.Show more

Visa
- Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 13th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 13th, 2026, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Follow Alice. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Follow Alice will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Follow Alice" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
