What are the departure times for the cruise from Luxor, and what time will we arrive at Aswan? We are interested in the 3day/2night cruise and need to know the timings so we can plan flights.

The 2 Nights Cruise is available in certain days of the week either from Aswan To Luxor or Reverse from Luxor to Aswan. From Aswan To Luxor every Saturday, Tuesday or Thursday. From Luxor To Aswan every Sunday, Tuesday or Friday. Since your interested departure date is Friday, so you will need to start from Luxor to Aswan. To join this tour, you need to be sleeping the night before at Luxor hotel to be picked up for the balloon trip at 5:30 to 6 am. This tour ends in Aswan around 2:30 pm.

The tour to The Nubian Village or Philae temple visit can be added on the last day as optional Tours on the same day of Thursday, 1st.August. However, if you will be staying in Aswan for an extra day and wanted to do any of those tours, we can arrange it for you. The extra charge for the Nubian Village tour is 40$ USD including pick up and drop off, motorboat and guide. The extra charge for the Philae temple is 30$ USD Excluding entrance fees and motorboat to Philae temple.

The transport was all great as well except the overnight train which was a nightmare, I'd definitely avoid that. We went from Giza to Luxor on the night train and it ust wasn't pleasant at all so we decided to fly back to Cairo on the return trip instead.Show more
