Itinerary

Cairo
Your guide picks you up from your Cairo or Giza hotel at 8:30 am to start the day at the Egyptian Museum. The collection here covers thousands of years of ancient history, and you'll see the Tutankhamun treasures (there's an option to pay extra for mummy viewing if that interests you). After spending time with the artifacts, you'll head over to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. This museum takes a different approach, focusing on crafts and objects from prehistory all the way through to modern times. You'll have free time to walk around at your own pace before heading back to your hotel.
