Do you go the Presidential Libraries?

I have checked with the product team as The George W Bush Presidential Library in Dallas is not on the itinerary, and the tour does not go near the George HW Bush Library in College Station Texas. They have advised however, that it may be possible to drop you off at the library in Dallas, but that would mean that you miss the Southfork Ranch tour.

  Will there be time in each city for free time so I can see the 3 presidents libraries & musuems on my own?

  As I said in my earlier message, the George W Bush Presidential Library in Dallas is do-oable but it would mean that you would likely miss Southfork or the 6th Floor Museum (or both)
  
  We normally do Southfork in the morning before it gets too hot and Dealey Plaza after lunch.
  
  The library is about 22 miles from our hotel in Grapevine. 5/6 Miles from Dealey Plaza & 22 miles from Southfork in the opposite direction.
  
  The George H W Bush in College Station TX is over 100 miles away from Austin (our nearest stop to it) I can't imagine how you can do that one!
  
  You should have more than enough time to visit LBJ Library in Austin as it is just a seven minute ride from the State Capitol.
