    Asked on July 30th, 2025

When the tour goes to the Devil's nose train, is this a stop at the station only or does it include the train trip? What is the approximate cost cost of the flight from Cuenca to Quito? Is it possible to end the tour in Otavalo, We intend to go to Ibarra after the tour and that is closer than Quito.

    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten July 2025

The activity on the Devil's Nose train is a visit to the train station. If we coordinate privately, I can add and coordinate the train ride. Prices for your ticket can go from $150 USD to $170 USD one-way. I suggest booking your flights in advance on the Avianca airline. I can personalize your tour to end in Otavalo.

  • R

    Ryan

    Asked on August 25th, 2024

I need to know the name of the hotel in Quito where we finish the 11 day tour around Ecuador: A Journey through Nature and Culture on 27th November and how much per night to book extra nights, Also need to find out if this tour takes us to the Middle of the World Latitude 0 and the equator

    Accommodation
    Tour Details
    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten August 2024

The name of the Hotel in Quito is confirmed after booking, as this is due to availability after booking, nevertheless if you wish to add extra nights, for a single room with private bathroom has the cost of $60 per additional night including breakfast. There is an additional supplement to add a private excursion to the Middle of the World on Day #10, this supplement is $125 USD including private transportation, English-speaking guidance, and entry fees to the attractions, due to the unavailability of adding you to a small group.

    • R

      Ryan

      TravelerWritten August 2024

I have been unable to find details on the website to confirm that this is an organised and escorted group tour and how many travellers are already booked on this daye.

    • Responsible Travel South AmericaOperatorWritten August 2024

The itinerary is a group tour, at the moment we don't have confirmed passengers for this departure. I want you to know that this tour will be operated with the number of passengers confirmed up to the departure date, if you book and in case no more passengers join, the tour will be operated in private. However, for most daily activities you will join a group of no more than 20 passengers, so you will always be part of a group for certain activities.
