She makes a communication very important and we communicate thru whats app. She makes our tour so personalized . She gave us a very good and nice tour guide in Luxor , Mr. Hatem . He makes us feel safe all through out our trip in Luxor. He makes a great advice on what to do and not to do when you are in Luxor. The Lotus Hotel is a clean and nice hotel right in front of the Nile River. I was having a doubt if I should upgrade to a 5 star hotel and add a more $$$ but good thing I didnot bec. the hotel is nice and clean.
