We do offer pickup and drop-off services to and from the airport for an additional fee of USD 25 per person, per trip. Regarding your planned schedule, it is absolutely possible to arrange a tour with airport pickup in Windhoek at 09:10 AM on October 28th, 2025, and drop-off at the airport on November 1st, 2025, for your 3:30 PM flight.

what would be the size of the group (average)? would it be possible to be picked up at airport on the first day or do we need to arrive to Windhoek the day before? is it correct that the tour ends on the Saturday in the late afternoon? with "game drive" in the Etosha NP do you mean safari? sorry, not very familiar :) will it start in the morning? how is accommodation organised? can we have single rooms?

  It will be quite challenging to arrange a 5-day tour departing on 21 April 2025 and still meet your friend in Victoria Falls on 24 April, unless you book a flight from Windhoek to Victoria Falls on the morning of the 24th. Given the distance and the limited number of days, doing this by road would unfortunately not be practical.
